I showed you earlier today a full body workout plan. Well here is another way to use it as a 3 day split!
This picture shows you two things, one typical/ common bro split, which will never get you to your goal. Second it shows you what exercises you can do over a three day period with one rest day in between each session.
These type of sessions could be best used, for example if you were on vacation and only wanted to hit the gym three times over the week, leaving the other four days to fully relax. Let's face it, the diehards can't stay away from the gym even while on vacation, so this is not uncommon!
Bottom line though, is to not fall into the bro split. Lifting that way will never get you where you want to be.
