I showed you earlier today a full body workout plan. Well here is another way to use it as a 3 day split!

This picture shows you two things, one typical/ common bro split, which will never get you to your goal. Second it shows you what exercises you can do over a three day period with one rest day in between each session.
These type of sessions could be best used, for example if you were on vacation and only wanted to hit the gym three times over the week, leaving the other four days to fully relax. Let's face it, the diehards can't stay away from the gym even while on vacation, so this is not uncommon!

Bottom line though, is to not fall into the bro split. Lifting that way will never get you where you want to be.

Sometimes a little r&r and family time can remind us that happiness is at the center of our being. It's not something we acquire from things or wanting things. That's not to say things can't make us happy but the feeling likely won't sustain us if we're not happy with all that we already have.

Lunch. McDonald’s SW chicken salad. 12pp/ 350 calories. This was a disaster of a visit to McDonald’s. My oldest spilled chocolate milk all over herself and the floor. Then my other daughter spilled ranch on my pants and my sandals. And the other one was purposely throwing her happy meal on the floor. 6 more days til school. 😂🎉
