Salmon and kale pasta:
Season salmon with lemon, salt, pepper, olive oil, basil, chopped white onions, and drizzle honey. Bake at 375F for 17 min for a small piece and 28min for larger.
Kale Pasta: boil your favourite pasta while salmon bakes. Chop up half a clove of garlic, 1 tomato, and half a white onion. Sauté the garlic, onions, and chilli flakes in pan with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Chop up kale and boil in a different pot for 3-4 minutes. 1 cup kale to 0.5 cup water. Once ready add the kale to sautéed garlic, onions, salt, and chilli flakes. Add tomatoes and stir well. Add the pasta.
