Today has been a good day emotionally for me.

I try my best to encourage my family to lead a life of wellness through example. Arya knows that I go to the gym almost every day (she's joined me a few times 😊), she sees me eating healthy (for the most part) but also understands treats are ok once in a while. 🍰😂 We go to church as a family and read books together every night. So when I started my oily journey almost a year ago, it was natural for me to immediately discover how my entire family could benefit from essential oils. Arya has rollers for sleep, wellness, respiratory support...and even one that helps her control her bed wetting! She loves putting them on by herself, and I can rest assured that she is getting what she needs from these amazing plant juices... without any of the extra chemical yuck!
Tonight I'll be leading a free class on Facebook on everything oily in regards to babies and toddlers. Even if you don't have a child of your own, you probably know someone who does! Message me for your invite. 😊

Toddler Breakfast :

We have our go to breakfasts and switch them up here and there. We have overnight oats/oatmeal, eggs with toast and fruit, Emma likes toast with peanut butter chia seeds and fruit, and we always have a smoothie. She usually picks the fruit she wants and most times it’s between blueberries, strawberries, or a banana. .

Today she pretty much said yes to everything! Lol. I served her an omelette muffin (from my freezer stash I made before we left on our trip) and she still asked for her “bread and peanut butter” and asked for both blueberries and strawberries. She wouldn’t even let me serve her food on the table she ate it right on the floor after I took the picture! Lol. My guess is she’s getting ready to go through a growth spurt. Good thing I haven’t bought her any summer clothes yet! Lol

We successfully tried a new cheese (Monterey jack) and a delicious lemon scone from Fresh Thyme this morning. .
Eggs and fruit are a must have breakfast item for my toddler so if course those are present too! .
To encourage more adventurous eating remember to always pair new items with familiar. .

Anyone else gearing up for some ANZAC biscuit eating?
To commemorate #ANZAC Day later this month, we will definitely be making some (healthified) bikkies.
As a RAAF wife I feel very blessed to be able to make ANZAC cookies for my very own service man ❤️🇦🇺 I have friends who’s partners will be away serving overseas this ANZAC Day and my heart goes out to them.

Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1 cup flaked almonds (or oats if you eat them)
1 cup desiccated coconut
4 tbsp oil (olive oil/macadamia nut oil/coconut oil)
¼ cup good quality honey (or maple)
1 tsp baking soda

Method.
Preheat the oven to 120C (250F)
Mix the oil and honey together in a bowl. In a seperate bowl combine the almond meal, almonds, coconut and baking soda. Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix. Add 1 tbsp water if needed.
Form dough into cookies and place on to a lined baking tray and flatten slightly.
Place the tray in to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool and harden

Day 80 chaos. And that's a wrap folks. #80dayobsession is done. Bittersweet. Haven't done a program like this ever before nor completed one. So proud of my accomplishment and excited to do weight, measure and photos tomorrow. It's been an amazing journey with some even more amazing people. Loved the support from those who helped me through this program.
