New lil' meal I created tonight 😍 @arrieadamson here is your simple recipe 😊 -carve hole in quarter of a butternut squash and roast for around 45 mins -prepare quinoa, chicken and roasted peppers -fill roasted butternut squash with the above and sprinkle some feta on top -decorate with salad leaves and balsamic glaze 😇 #daisysyummycreations
Our combined lunch/snack of a black bean taco with rice and guacamole at one of the Hersheypark restaurants, along with snacks from home. Tip: I called ahead and asked if we were allowed to bring our own food if on a special diet and they said that we could bring one large meal. So don't be afraid to ask places that normally don't allow food if you can bring your own healthy option if you're on a special diet.
