Simple #21daysugardetox dinner tonight featuring wild snapper cooked with Practical Paleo "Smoky" blend and lime juice along with a gigantic salad. This meal literally took 15 minutes to make! While the fish was cooking in the frying pan I made salad...and prepped my lunch for work tomorrow.

New lil' meal I created tonight 😍 @arrieadamson here is your simple recipe 😊
-carve hole in quarter of a butternut squash and roast for around 45 mins -prepare quinoa, chicken and roasted peppers
-fill roasted butternut squash with the above and sprinkle some feta on top -decorate with salad leaves and balsamic glaze 😇 #daisysyummycreations

Ohhhh momma! This is one killer dinner plate! Salmon is my absolute fave - next to chicken thighs! Tonight we paired this beautiful fish with a mango-avocado salsa (recipe below), roasted veggies and a little bit of salad (with ranch of course). So delicious, so healthy, so satisfying!

Mango-avocado salsa:
Half a mango, cubed
Half an avocado, cubed
Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
1-2 tbsp. Red onion, diced small
1 tbsp. Lime juice
Mix all ingredients together and let sit while you bbq the salmon!

Our combined lunch/snack of a black bean taco with rice and guacamole at one of the Hersheypark restaurants, along with snacks from home. Tip: I called ahead and asked if we were allowed to bring our own food if on a special diet and they said that we could bring one large meal. So don't be afraid to ask places that normally don't allow food if you can bring your own healthy option if you're on a special diet.
