A little Monday motivation for ya!! She looks incredible for losing only ONE POUND!! "When I started this Plexus journey, accompanied by walking almost daily for the past 9-10 months, I purposely stayed away from the scale because that little demon device has always served only to frustrate and depress me. Welp, it was time for my annual checkup recently and you know what that means...stepping on the dreaded scale. And as much as I had hyped myself up for it, I still wasn't prepared for those 3 dastardly numbers. Those little (beep) in NO WAY reflect the work I've put in to myself these past several months! I freely admit, I was in shock and almost burst in to tears on the spot. My Dr. asked what was wrong. I explained to her what I've been doing since she last saw me last year and told her that in the bad ole days, those numbers would have thrown me for a loop, but not this time! I'm not lifting weights like the Mom in this story is, but in addition to a steady "diet" of Plexus, I continue to walk apx. 10+ miles per week, I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years, I feel and rest better and don't cringe as much as I used to looking in the mirror. No scale is going to define OR derail me!" So true!!!! Throw away the scale!
