This stuff is my favorite!! As a coach, my athletes💓 it. As an athlete, I don't go anywhere without it. As a frequent traveler it's a must-have. Deep Blue is the bomb!! And...I'm backkk! The last 3 days were so busy and kinda hectic. Woke up early morning and had to go from one place to another. It was tiring but fun! My SG families have gone back yesterday. Alhamdulillah my cousin's solemnization went well too. It was held in a mosque and I love how simple the wedding is. 💚

Now off to do my piling up laundry! 😂

Coconut, banana, blueberries, and honey smoothie bowl. 😍

½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup of coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, chopped
1 cup coconut greek yogurt
¼ cup large oats
14 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey

Mix together the oats, chia seeds, coconut, coconut oil, brown sugar, and honey. Warm in a medium sauce pan, stirring granola every few minutes for 20 minutes. Let it cool.
Blend with blueberries, banana, yogurt and milk .
Pour the into a bowl and top with granola and fruit slices. Enjoy!
