Adventure time! 🤗
I am so excited to head to Colorado! I have never been before, and I have many amazing suggestions of places to visit.
I got a great workout in this morning, and downloaded a few yoga workouts to my Beachbody on Demand app. I'm going to take a break from 22 Minute Hard Corps while I'm there due to the high altitude and the amount of hiking I plan to do. BUT I will get back at it as soon as I'm back!
Also, Does anyone else pack a ton of snacks when they travel?
I have 4 Epic bars, 4 fruit and veggie bars, 5 apple and coconut bars (that's it), toasted cocoa coconut chips, high antioxidant trail mix, flax crackers, AND my Shakeology of course! 😂
