I can only think of ☝🏻 downside to drinking almost a gallon of water 💦 a day! Like every 5 minutes!! 🙊
I should probably buy stock in Charmin...🤔 Anyway, I’ve challenged the M.Y.F.L Squad (that’s Make Your Life Fit for those of you with your minds in the gutter!! 😂) to drink at LEAST 1/2 their body weight in ozs this week. By the ⬇️ 2.7 lb results on the scale I’m seeing, I’d say it’s working!! 🙌🏻 How much water 💦 do you drink each day?? Any tips you want to share on how to get it ALL in???
