cacao | sweet potato smoothie bowl
1 scoop @ancientnutr bone broth protein
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. acacia fiber
1 tsp. MSM powder (for detox & inflammation)
1/2 cup steamed & cooled sweet potato
1/2 - 1 cup hemp milk
4-5 ice cubes
blend in a powerful blender till smooth!
Toppings: cacao nibs + @spreadthelove almond butter
The inside of a sweet potato is full of soluble fiber which is incredibly healing & great for digestion - soluble fiber draws water into the large intestine & softens your stool. If you have digestive distress (especially sluggish digestion or constipation) make sure to include both soluble fiber (starchy insides of veggies like sweet potatoes) and insoluble fiber (greens, cruciferous veg, etc.) we need both and people often overdo it on insoluble fiber.
