Maple peanut butter banana chia pudding I’m soooo into you (especially with some crumbled up maple peanut @rachelpaulsfood happy bar on top - made with all-natural simple ingredients)!
The chia pudding is 3 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tsp creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon, 1/2 banana & 1 cup homemade almond milk all blended together. In the morning I added a little of the maple peanut bar crumbled on top with more PB & banana 😍

Avocado Toasts, Egg & Salad 🍃 Probably the food trio I consume the most recently but I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it 🤷🏽‍♂️ Also tried a new multiseed bread this morning that turned heavenly good and crispy 🤤 Happy hump day guys! 💯

Blackberry and strawberry smoothie and chia pudd parfaits;
Serves 3
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen blackberries
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of homemade almond milk
2 tbs hulled hemp

1 cup of homemade almond milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tbs maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together and allow to soak for 2-3 hours until desired consistency. Be sure to stir regularly to avoid clumping.
Layer the puds with kiwi, quinoa puffs and chocolate bliss balls with lots of festive sweeties on top 💖

My favourite winter breakfast is currently protein porridge, paired with some @Truenopaluk Cactus water for a refreshing natural hydration! Baking during Australia's first heat wave was probably not the best idea 😅but it was so worth it!! Because I made these yummy chocolate cupcakes. They're grain-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free too!! Find the recipe below 👇
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup coconut flour
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa (fair trade best)
* 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 6 large eggs
* 1 cup honey (maple syrup for vegans)
* 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) vegan butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well
3. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat
4. Mix eggs, honey and melted butter together
5. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix for at least a minute or more, until smooth without clumps (coconut flour expands as it takes in moisture, so it is good to give it a little time)
6. Fill each cupcake liner 1/2 way up
7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Cool cupcakes before applying frosting
9. Frost and enjoy! You can store these at room temp or in the fridge. The buttercream frosting will stay “in shape” better in the fridge.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
* 2 sticks, or 1 cup vegan butter (softened to room temp)
* 2/3 cup honey
* 4 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
Method:
* Combine in mixer and blend until smooth and pliable enough to go into a pastry bag for piping

On Wednesday we highlight one of our favorite healthy recipes. Today's is a super simple, quick, few ingredient recipe for a guilt-free sweet tooth fix. *Peel and cut 2 full bananas into small pieces. Place in freezer overnight.
*Start with 1/2 C almond milk
*Pinch of Himalayan salt
*1 Tablespoon of melted nutella (other options are almond/peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, berries) or omit this step for a lower sugar option😁. Blend frozen bananas and almond milk in blender, slowly add more milk if needed to get to desired "ice cream-like" consistency. Place in bowl, garnish with a pinch of sea salt and drizzle melted nutella (or preferred garnish) on top and enjoy!

The consistency comes out similar to the @pressedjuicery freeze.

It had to be done...Christmassy cookies!
And oh how yum these were!!😋
Just sweet enough- I used natural unrefined sugar substitutes & lots of spice!
STAR-SHAPED GINGER COOKIES🤩🍪
You have to make some of these over this festive season...so easy & so FUN to make!

Cream together 1/2 cup butter & 1/2 cup coconut sugar then add 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In a seperate bowl, mix together 1 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt and 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of cloves & nutmeg.
Add dry mixture into wet one. Mix well & place dough in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Roll out and use your cookie cutters to make the shapes you want⭐️ then pop in oven for 8 mins at 180 degrees celsius.

This morning I made THE Ultimate PBC pørridge bøwl.
The list of ingredients is really small but it did the job.
Imagine => oats, non dairy milk, cacao powder, 1/2 banana, Peanut Butter, melted dark Chocolate and nuts to add some crunch.

Love your liver with this Fatty liver Juice.
2 dandelion leaves or 2 cabbage leaves
2 carrots
1 clove garlic or 1.5cm (1/2 inch) slice red onion (optional)
4 sprigs parsley
1 red radish and tops
1.5 cm (1/2 inch) round slice of fennel
1 lemon, peeled
2.5cm (1 inch) slice beetroot
Wash, trim and chop all ingredients and process through a juicer. Drink 2 to 3 small cups daily.

Tenemos una muy grave adicción, caen minimos 1 vez al día pero yo haría todas las comidas con gachas🤣🤣🤣

Tema harinas de sabores... desde que empecé con @lifit.es las he apartado y he empezado a comer harina de avena integral. La verdad es que me gusta más, tanto que la mayor parte de las veces ni le pongo edulcorante. Ya lo comentaba en sus stories @netastyle el otro día y es que me ha pasado lo mismo, con la fruta y cacao o lo que sea ya me gusta.
Además le podéis añadir cacao,coco, canela, ralladura de limon o naranja, fruta triturada o a trocitos, mermelada, saborizantes, incluso especias... en la propia mezcla. Peeeeero....
☝️ Aquí no se tira nada, y mientras repongo las iré comiendo porque a ver... malas tampoco están y oye para darle un toquito a las gachas me molan de vez en cuando.
Lo más probable es que termine comprando alguna básica (la que vea mas limpita) y que venga en formato pequeño para tener por si un día se me apetece, tipo brownie o caramelo que son básicas y pegan con todo.
OJO! que no digo que no las consuman ni que sean lo mas terrible del mundo porque yo de eso tampoco entiendo mucho... además ya sabéis que yo soy #fitxible

I am always looking for healthier options when it comes to sweet treats. It’s hard to find a dessert that isn’t loaded with processed junk and refined sugars. This Chocolate Avocado Pudding could be the “healthier” answer to your sweet tooth and only 5 ingredients!! -RECIPE
Recipe:
•2 medium ripe avocados • 1/2 cup almond milk or rice milk if nut allergy •1/4 cup raw agave nectar
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder ( we love @navitasorganics ❤️)
•1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract •mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Chill before serving. •Makes 3 servings

Manchmal frage ich mich WARUM immer wir. Jetzt ist mein Junior krank und muss zuhause bleiben.🙇‍♀️Meine Große ist soweit wieder fit. Das merkt man auch daran, dass sie endlich wieder etwas isst. Krank sein ist ja sowas von doof. Aber anstatt ihrer üblichen Frühstücke wollte sie „auch mal so einen Schokoladen Tassenkuchen, aber OHNE Banane“. 😳Sie mag einfach keine Bananen. Das hat sie nicht von mir.🤷‍♀️Ähm, na gut. Also morgens um 6:30 Uhr sich da etwas zu überlegen kam dann für mich auch überraschend. 🤣Herausgekommen ist dieses👆hier
🌱50 g Dinkelmehl 630
🌱2 El 💯% Kakao
🌱1/2 Tl Weinsteinbackpulver 🌱3 El Kokosblütenzucker
🌱Prise Salz
🌱1/2 Tl Vanillepulver (oder andere Gewürze nach Geschmack)
👉alles vermischen
🌱50 ml Mandelmilch
🌱2 El Kokosöl geschmolzen
👉verrühren und unter die trockenen Zutaten mischen. 👉1,5 min in der Mikrowelle erwärmen. 🌱dazu passt selbstgemachte vegane Karamellsauce 😋 Rezept dafür Post ich gerne bei Bedarf. Einfach hier schreien. 🙋‍♀️
Ps: das Grünkohlpesto Rezept von gestern Abend habe ich noch um eine Zutat ergänzt. Also noch mal nachschauen. 😉
