Il segreto sta nel cuocere le farfalle nell'acqua degli asparagi, formare a parte una Crema di asparagi e panna light e a fine cottura mantecare tutto in padella a fuoco basso. Io non ho aggiunto l'olio perché avevo già messo un cucchiaio di panna e comunque vi assicuro che hanno un sapore a dir poco raffinato... forse l'olio avrebbe nascosto il gusto della crema 🤔 Ah dimenticavo, i pomodorini aggiungeteli crudi 😘
