Toddler Eats: I always seem to make very similar for my 4 year old. She's crazy picky ☹️ and will straight up reject foods she "thinks& #34; she doesn't like. Like most parents, we just keep trying (begging) to get her to try new foods. Today's lunch was a success and literally made my heart happy. Strawberries, raisins, a green spinach banana muffin, spelt flour tortilla with cream cheese roll up sticks (sticks are stirers from Starbucks) and the latest and greatest eats... @siggisdairy drinkable yogurt and @purely_elizabeth granola. Her now loving two of my favorite healthy foods was a total proud mom moment. 😍 Now if I could only find a way to get a vegetable in this kid πŸ€”

I'm going to Savannah for college next year and taking a semester off now, so in the meantime as I work a full time job, when I get a day off, you best believe I'm going to treat myself a bit😍 today I tried a new recipe from @livshealthylife 's youtube channel. If you guys haven't seen her videos, you better be hopping your butt on over to her channel because I literally can't stop watching her recipes(this is not a requested shoutout, this is just a well deserved applause for a great YouTuber). I made some adjustments to avoid gluten, and substituted some of the coco power with chocolate protein powder, but in the end the final product was amazing!!!! What did everyone have for breakfast?

Sprouted organic brown rice (from @thrivemkt ) with roasted butternut squash, avocado, roasted sweet potato, an egg & a drizzle of @mighty_sesame tahini 😍
For the roasted butternut squash & sweet potato I use @chosenfoods coconut oil, pink sea salt, pepper & cinnamon and roast at 375F for 30 min.

It's been feeling a little bit more like Spring this week with the lighter evenings and warmer weather. Because of this, I really fancied a salad for lunch today and it didn't disappoint. Lots of rocket with cucumber, avocado, olives and beetroot, all finished off with a big dollop of homemade smoked mackerel pate. Delicious and as always, super simple.

I still eat carbs and fats on my rest days...In fact, I don't change what I eat at all! I don't get quite as hungry at tea time as I do when I've trained, so may have a slightly smaller portion - but apart from that, it's pretty much the same 😊
