Any ladies out there with irregular hormone production?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Real talk, I finally decided to get off birth control about 1 year ago (after being on it for about 12yrs) and man was it a scary roller coaster ride, not only for me, but my husband too (because hey, he’s the one that’s gotta be around me every day!) from happy days to days I would cry for no reason and then laugh because I was crying to pure rage (again for no reason!) 🤯 and to be honest, I have experienced these things before from hormones, but definitely NOT on this type of level. 😳

Went on a small road trip today with my big brother and the kids to deliver Jona's old baby bouncer to someone. She couldn't get to us until the weekend so I decided to take it to her...the Lord has blessed me so I want to bless others! It was such beautiful scenery in the country of our beautiful state - South Australia. It was such a peaceful, relaxing, rejuvenating and restful ride - yes, even with 4 kids in tow! Definitely got my Rx3 for today!

Day 26 of the No Sugar Challenge.
My tastebuds seem to be changing. I had my protein shake today and it seemed sickly sweet this time. Hoping that it was part of my changing taste buds, and not just a fluke.
ALSO tonight I had come to the realisation that I’ve completely stopped a habit subconsciously that used to be part of every night. MINDLESS SNACKING. I used to have my dinner, and then continue snacking on anything and everything each and every night.
Since starting this challenge, I no longer feel the need to eat after my dinner. I’m satisfied and I’m mindful of this.

Being a “mummy blogger”” is really fucking hard.
Even the term now has such a stigma; oversharing, feminist, with too much time on their hands, no talent , lazy, stay at home mum; who receives free shit and talks a load of babble.
I write stuff. And then I have to rewrite it and edit it and I still forget where to put “their” or “they’re” and then people give me shit about it.
And then I have to gather my children together and take photos (which I’m shit at)
I have to take into account morals and integrity and the fact my whole family will see whatever I write on daily mail.

While still maintaining authenticity and keeping up with work because believe it or not:This is work.
And then trolls call me nasty names and say I’m centrelink trash or I must be a bogan because my name ( which I love, which my mamma gave me) is krechelle.
And then they comment that I’m overweight and that I couldn’t feed my appetite for $200 dollars.
They say I chose to have six kids and I should deal with my life.

Or I should stop giving out advice trying to help other mums because I clearly don’t know what the fuck I’m doing.
That my helping, that my caring is selfish and unwanted and unneeded.
And then you have a bad day.
And these people.
Some that you thought were you friends.
The same ones who don’t like your pictures but like the bloggers next door.
They talk behind your back.
Or even worst they don’t talk to you at all.
Sometimes maybe you feel it’s not worth it anymore.
Not just Instagram , not just parenting.
Maybe life.
Have you thought about how your actions have effected someone lately or how someone else’s actions have effected you.
Could they have been more positive?
Could they have been the moral compass in your situation?
Could they have said “well done”, or “congratulations”? Could you have made someone’s day better?
How about just honesty.
How about just compliments.
How about recognizing your own bullshit when you say it.
Recognizing your own jealousy when you feel it.
Recognizing your mistakes when you make them.

You support and positivity lately has been infectious

Ooooh I was ready for this and feel so much better now. I nicked 3 of the littlests party rings whilst I was making this. It’s never a good idea for me to let myself get really hungry as will power goes out the window. And I’ve STILL not done the big food shop 🙄. I’ll track the biscuits though...
