If you want to start eating better, start by where you store your food. Clearing out your fridge/pantry on the regular will help to keep you accountable.
+ clear out what you haven't used in a while (it may be past its expiry)
+ have containers that are easily accessible and clear so you can see what's inside
+ find a good bulk food store, my go to is @thesourcegoldcoast there are multi locations across the country
+ keep healthy snacks on hand for the 3pm craving hour and lots of herbal tea @t2tea have a range of semi sweetened tea
+ keep your pantry/fridge clean and organised. Make it a place you love to look at

Here's a little health info for you this evening.
Toxins love fat, fat protects our vital organs from the toxins, so the amount of fat we carry around our belly is proportionate to the toxic load we are living with. So as we cut calories and exercise we may lose weight and some fat however we have done nothing to change this toxic load so the body reacts to protect it's organs by putting on more fat, we "rebound ". This scan shows us how fast accumulates around the center of the body to protect the vital organs from toxins however this visceral fat is the most dangerous and highest predictor of disease. .

(This angle of my calf is cracking me up! 😂) Well, I learned the hard way what happens when you push yourself too far in a short period of time — daily intense exercise + creating choreography + chasing the munchkins = a swollen and tense left knee. Today I took a break from much movement and alternated between ice, heat, and ibuprofen. When I get excited about a project (like creating or learning new choreography 🙈) I tend to take off at full speed and jump ALL in...but maybe I need to give my body time to catch up with my enthusiasm. 🤦🏼‍♀️ #ouch #kneeinjury #ineedtochill #weightlossjourney #healthymomma #elevatedlegs #takeitslow #restup #fitfam

Sometimes it’s better to workout together and I love that this Community allows me to do that. I’m thousands of miles away from home, in Indiana, with one of my AZ coaches, and this morning we went to the hotel gym and crushed a 30 minute weight plus hiit cardio workout. We opened the laptop and stayed on track with our Fitness goals. Accountability, friendship, and a positive mindset to start the day. ❤️

You all have no idea how much I love these workouts and how excited I am to start the full program in July. And I want more friends to do this with me because with friendship, accountability, and dedication dreams and goals happen!!! .❤️

The sleepless nights, new balance of priorities, nap times, and the endless cycles of diaper changing feels challenging at times. But spending time outdoors and out of the house keeps Koa, @chrisbenchetler, and I smiling and happy. The biggest lesson I have learned so far is that the hardest part of having a baby is leaving the house but the second I’m out in nature I don’t want to go home. Sure the pace of hiking may be slower than I’m used to with feedings and diaper changes but there’s nothing better than breathing that fresh air and seeing Koa’s eyes light up at the sway of the branches or rushing sounds of waterfalls. 😊👶🏼💙 📸 @blattphoto

Breastfeeding makes me so HANGRY! Lol 😳 I know they say you burn 5-600 calories when breastfeeding, but I was eating more than that just during night feeds.. I ate every time he ate 🤣 .. plus I been eating more carbs ..

I was 100% ready to skip my workout today. I’m feeling all these emotions and I have the ONE TOOL to be able to help me manage + get my emotions under control. THANK YOU JESUS FOR EXERCISE. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Working out is a stress relief, an anger outlet, a happy pill, a confidence booster, it gives me my health and body to be able to do things I love, and it gives me patience which the good Lord knows I NEED right now in this season of motherhood. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
