Sembra una bomba calorica ma Giuro che non lo Γ¨.
Mug cake cotto in microonde rovesciato con colata di cacao Amaro sciolto in acqua, su mousse di yogurt greco e mandorle.
Per il mug cake :
Un uovo
40 gr di albume
40 gr di Farina di avena alla vaniglia
Mescolar tutto in una tazza ed infornare in microonde per circa 3 min.
La mousse io la ottengo mescolando lo yogurt con un goccino di acqua e latte di soya.
Il cacao son semplicemente 5 gr di cacao amaro con un pizzico di acqua tiepida q. B.
Buona colazione bimbi belli!

How often do you try something new?

I love it! And totally think variety is the spice of life. Or at least your tummy.
And I’m so lucky to have a hubby and kid who will try just about anything too.
Tonight we tried a Shark Tank special: hearts of palm noodles! Thoughts: Good taste. Good texture. Close to linguini (like the can says) or fettuccini.
Hubby said it was ok - would eat it again.
Kid (had it no sauce) - was not a fan.
I made a dry-ish tomato and ground turkey topping. Should have gone with a really saucy something like Alfredo. Or even a plain garlic and olive oil with a sprinkle of sundried tomatoes.
Either way. We paired it with half a pita and some garlic butter from Chicken Maison (the best!) What’s your go to pasta sub?
