Nothing special for breakfast as I've not got any fruit left in the house! Chocolate porridge made with almond alpro milk. This was 150 calories. This won't fill me up but I've put extra in my sandwich for lunch today so hopefully that'll fill me up until dinner.

Rice pudding with chocolate coconut yoghurt topped with strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds for breakfast.

I boiled some basmati rice in milk, no exact measurements, just eyeballed the lot and then blended it and sweetened to taste with sweet freedom fruit syrup.
For the yoghurt, I mixed some cacao powder into the coconut yoghurt and also sweetened with fruit syrup as cacao powder can be quite bitter. Honey or any other sweetener can be used in place of the fruit syrup.
What did you have for breakfast?

I always save some chicken meat in the fridge so that I can have some protein in my salad every time 😛

Meals like this.
Chhole cooked with three types of greens plucked (not foraged) from the garden. It has sorrel, alternathera and some baby spinach leaves from the seeding spinach bushes. Follow #alternathera to see how the leaves looks like.
The chhole is not black like my authentic black chhole as it is made in pyaz tamatar masala, it remains brown even after cooking for 25 minutes in a cast iron kadhai. Taste was great and that butter made it even better.
Sourdough multigrain kulcha and that delicious carrot, tomato, onion slaw is a killer salad. I could have made more but there are next meals to compensate the deprivation. Yay
