👱🏻‍♀️It would appear that there are some of you that struggle with this oh so vital daily task so I thought I would throw you a hydration life line with some simple tips that can help you transform from a wrinkly raisin into a grape 😂

🙋🏼👩🏻‍🚀You know the saying out of sight out of mind well this is the absolute reverse in sight in mind. If every time you dive into your bag your water is "hey you drink me" then you are way more likely to take slurp slurp.

💁🏼 Meal times aim for at least 2 drinks. You get the added bonus of their filling affect so you've may well actually eat a bit less to 💪🏻 FYI coffee can and does count towards hydration hell yes to that.

🍓Jolly well eat it there are tonne of foods which are made up mainly of water. For example cucumber, strawberries & (there is a full info graph dedicated to this exact topic on my profile so have a scroll but not to hard I'm a little on the ticklish side 😂)

🙋🏼So some of my clients are really fricking busy so they can go for hours without even thinking to take on board 1 droplet of water. These apps are annoying but can be a useful tool because as you're telling it f**k off for disturbing you, you might just grab a glass of water.

🤛🏻 Your challenge for the next 30 days is to pick 2 of them & well just crack on & do them. -
👱🏻‍♀️FYI I encourage my clients to aim for 2-2.5 liters just plain ol water a day 💁🏼 and to do wee checks- if it's not fairly clear then you wanna get your hydration on ❤️

Good Morning, my dear IG friends! 😼 This Monday I will start off with some 'LET ME TELL YOU SMTH' material, and for the starters, I will begin with:
1. DON'T eat a hamburger at @circleklatvija - you MAY get food poisoned in a very bad way as I did (and as it appears many people did complain about the same thing...)!
2. DO drink Silicea if you did get food poisoned - that was the only remedy that helped when nothing else did.
3. DEFINITELY VISIT @narcissfashion Cafe (Berga Bazars) and enjoy the healthy and very delicious meal they offer (vegan friendly).
4. HAVE YOURSELF a ginger drink not to catch a cold. The best one I discovered is at @riviera_restorans. It is mixed with hot freshly squeezed orange juice.
5. PLEASE make a healthy drive-in, anyone! 🙏🏼 I will be your first loyal customer!

Not a day goes by now that I don't express gratitude for my life and all the chapters that have written me here. I've yet to make another board because I'm truly still just living out this one!

None of this is to imply that things are "picture perfect" for me. Really, I would never want or expect them to be. There are torn edges in the collage of this dimension as well and, in my opinion, they only add to the character of this masterpiece.

It's these challenges that keep me growing, these surprises that keep me present. I have to say that, in the least, this life thing, it's always interesting!

It's forever changing and at times it can certainly feel overwhelming to keep up with all the storylines. I've found for myself that the most effective navigation has come through a consistent and continuous practice of TRUSTING IN THE PROCESS & COMING BACK TO THE HEART. Trusting in the process and coming back to the heart. One day at a time.

A lot of ppl have asked me about what my skin routine is. I put it on my story and I decided to also put it up here too. Just to start , I have "normal skin type" there are 5types (normal, oily, dry, combination, and sensitive), y'all can google it and actually find out what your skin type is by that.
My skin routine may not work for everybody because everyone has different skin but I do know it works for me and it works great. And some of the stuff I use isn't even for my skin type, so it don't hurt to try and see if it works for you too!
Oh and drink LOTS of water!!! How could I forget that.

Volver a la rutina para algunos, después de los excesos es difícil. Deseamos regresar a nuestra vida ordenada y sana, pero se nos ha complicado un poco más de lo que pensábamos. Y hoy me he dedicado a hacer algunos consejos para volver a la vida sana que me han funcionado a mi:

1)Planifica y ordena:
Es normal que te cueste arrancar. Algo habitual es no tener ganas de ir a hacer el super. Piensa que si estás una semana viviendo con el refrigerador prácticamente vacío, lo que acabarás haciendo es comer mal o fuera, así que planifica un día para ir al supermercado y piensa un poco en los menús que vas a hacer esa semana. Dedicar cinco minutos a organizar tu día a día puede arreglarte la semana.

2)Mantén el refrigerador sano:
Ya que has llegado a casa y seguramente tu refrigerador y despensa están vacías lo mejor que puedes hacer para volver a la vida sana es llenarla de frutas, verduras, etc. Si tu casa está llena de productos sanos eso es lo que vas a comer; y así te lo pones más fácil y evitas caer en tentaciones.

3)Pásate al agua:
En nuestras vacaciones y tiempo de relax solemos abusar de refrescos, mojitos, gin-tonics, cervezas, etc. Todo un paquete de calorías líquidas que te suben rápidamente las calorías totales de la dieta.  Por tanto, para volver a la normalidad vuelve al agua como bebida habitual.

4)Convierte lo habitual en ocasional:
No se trata de que ahora no puedas disfrutar de nada sino que si antes te comías un chocolates, helados , dulces, papás ,etc de forma habitual, ahora tienes que intentar moderar lo y hacerlo solo de vez en cuando. Lo acabarás disfrutando más si eres capaz de combinarlo con una vida sana.

5)Vuelve practicar deporte:
Muchos aprovechan el tiempo libre para  practicar deporte pero algunos no tienen tiempo (o ganas) y una vez han regresado toca volver a la rutina. Piensa que lo más duro es siempre las primeras semanas así que empieza poco a poco e intenta disfrutar con lo que haces. La disciplina es un músculo que se trabaja todos los días.

I hate seeing friends and family below the wellness line. Truly. It scares me.
I certainly don’t think I have all of the answers but I am doing everything in my power to keep my family above the wellness line. Vitamins, fruits & vegetables, supplements, essential oils, a chemical free home, exercise, meditation, and sleep.....With enough fun and trouble mixed in to keep it from being boring 😜

These beautiful fruit jewels are still in season til early October, and I can't get enough of them. (@sarah_tardy another plum addict! 💕) They are so succulent and packed with powerful vitamin and mineral content.
