In order to follow 100% raw diet, your body and your brain should be ready. In my opinion, it is not only about food, you should be ready to change your mentality, if there is no work with your brain and spirituality (for the example, yoga, meditation, any kind of artistic activity), it is a way to nothing because your body will not receive necessary energy.
During raw diet your body changes and it becomes difficult to process cooked food.
I am sure that you should never follow any diet if your body is not ready, only your organism knows what it needs, so give it what it wants. Being vegan, raw vegan is not always a solution for the health, because there are vegans who eat fried potatoes and soya burgers🤦🏻♀️, or raw veganism that converted into culinary culture with a lot of nuts is not a healthy diet neither. I really believe in the frutarian diet as the only diet for the human species, but it is a long way to reach it and prepare your body for it. For now I just know that some days eating raw is a great way to detoxify your body, to feel full of energy and to clear your mind💪Fruits is our life🌷and in summer it is perfect to eat so many juicy season fruits, but now I have an appetite for nuts, especially roasted peanuts🥜 and raw almonds, legumes (chickpeas🤤) and sometimes salmon, but I will not prohibit it just because these products are not included into the range of vegan or raw vegan😑It is our health, not putting strict and blind labels on you, however there are a lot of them. My experiments with my diet show that mostly vegan food with a lot of raw fruits and vegetables as well as some whole products, such as legumes, gluten-free cereals, nuts, seeds, dry fruits and very few fish is the most comfortable for me in this particular moment when I don’t eliminate something that I like and really enjoy my meals🌸
