When I first started Yoga I freakin hatedddd triangle! Mainly because my side body was so tight, I was caving in at the shoulders and it was so hard for me to keep my hips squared. I avoided it all cost.
These days I fully enjoy throwing triangle into my flows or teachings. It feels really good once you get past the awkward part. I used a broom (or some sort of long pole) to help me keep alignment and eventually over time I no longer needed them ☺️🙌

I still have a ways to go but I'm thankful today for how far I've come. 5️⃣0️⃣lbs down & feeling fabulous. If you're struggling just keep pushing bc it is hard but it's worth it. #ketofam #ketoprogress #ketolife #ketolove #healthylifestlye

In order to follow 100% raw diet, your body and your brain should be ready. In my opinion, it is not only about food, you should be ready to change your mentality, if there is no work with your brain and spirituality (for the example, yoga, meditation, any kind of artistic activity), it is a way to nothing because your body will not receive necessary energy.
During raw diet your body changes and it becomes difficult to process cooked food.
I am sure that you should never follow any diet if your body is not ready, only your organism knows what it needs, so give it what it wants. Being vegan, raw vegan is not always a solution for the health, because there are vegans who eat fried potatoes and soya burgers🤦🏻‍♀️, or raw veganism that converted into culinary culture with a lot of nuts is not a healthy diet neither. I really believe in the frutarian diet as the only diet for the human species, but it is a long way to reach it and prepare your body for it. For now I just know that some days eating raw is a great way to detoxify your body, to feel full of energy and to clear your mind💪Fruits is our life🌷and in summer it is perfect to eat so many juicy season fruits, but now I have an appetite for nuts, especially roasted peanuts🥜 and raw almonds, legumes (chickpeas🤤) and sometimes salmon, but I will not prohibit it just because these products are not included into the range of vegan or raw vegan😑It is our health, not putting strict and blind labels on you, however there are a lot of them. My experiments with my diet show that mostly vegan food with a lot of raw fruits and vegetables as well as some whole products, such as legumes, gluten-free cereals, nuts, seeds, dry fruits and very few fish is the most comfortable for me in this particular moment when I don’t eliminate something that I like and really enjoy my meals🌸

This was so good it was a vegan chesse pie inspired by jesses youtube recipe ! I have wanted to try out recipes like this many times but my ed would either make me cook it not eat it or cook it switching or leaving out indgredients but today i pretty much followed the recipe (i only changed some indgredients based on what i had not ed reasons for example i didnt add parsley ad we didnt have it and i used sweet potato and swede as we didnt have butternut squash) this was super yummy and im finding my self enjoying food so much more in recovery probably because im not switching up the recipr to make it low kcal and tasteless 👌✌️😂 Next picture was a challenge i faced yesterday kinda like a pint party but with a yoghurt 😂 it was a challenge for me but i ate the whole tub of yoghurt something my ed absoloutely hated but who cares i enjoyed it whilst watching the grinch so ed can do one as i like to say 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🙌

Love these beans in the morning. Not only do they contain over 30 different types of fruit, veg and berries, as well as my healthy fatty omegas that support my insides with the right nutrition to get me through my days before the days really begun.
As a Mum if 4 I don’t have the best nutritional foods everyday and struggle to eat and reach those recommended daily serves of veggies.
These little beans bridge the gap and have made a huge difference in my life.
Nothing but vegan friendly, wholefood, nutritional values beans including those health fats omegas.......nothing else to add really.
Ps. When I back these up with my superfood complete power smoothies I’m having around 70+ nutritional goodness!! Yep all before the kids wake up!!
