I haven’t posted any food in a while!Vegan eats! Roasted butternut squash, red quinoa, sautéed spinach and onion, & peppered avocado 😋😋🤤🤤 Took less than a half hour from start to finish. Tasted amazing, try it out and see! 😊😊
