Crab salad made of: iceberg lettuce, corn, grated cucumbers and carrots, cherry tomatoes, a bit of diced olives and surimi crab served with mustard dressing
Mustard dressing: Combine together 2 TBS mustard, 4 TBS lemon juice, 1 tsp white vinegar, some salt, pepper and dried basil using a mixer, while
Mixing add 1/2 cup of olive oil gradually in a thin steady thread until u get a thick mixture!
Refrigerate 😍

Swiss chard and #lentil #soup #vegan #recipe
Ingredients:
1 big onion, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
Olive oil ( as much as u like but not less than 3 TBS)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 bunch swiss chard (sele2) (stems cut 5-7 cm from bottom, the rest left, cut diagonally into 3 cm thickness) washed well and drained
1/2-3/4 cup broad lentils
Juice of 2-3 lemons

Preparation:
Heat a pan, add olive oil, onions and salt
Stir till golden yellow
Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds
Add lentils and stir
Add sele2 and black pepper and stir
Cover and stir occasionally till their size decreases by 25%
Add water to cover ingredients
When water boils cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes
Add juice of 2-3 lemons just before turning heat off

I'm going out for dinner tonight but i have to load some protein after this morning's workout so here's today light lunch: salad with turkey rolls, olives, some corn, a lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes and me2te with a sesame balsamic dressing!
Sesame balsamic dressing (like the usual balsamic dressing but i replaced a tiny bit of olive oil with sesame oil)
Combine together 2 TBS balsamic vinegar, 4 TBS lemon juice, 2 tsp dijon or normal mustard, salt and black pepper, while mixing also add 1/2 cup minus 1 tsp olive oil, also and 1 tsp sesame oil gradually in a thin steady thread until mixture thickens. U can also add toasted sesame seeds 😍

Introducing my very first risotto: asparagus and shrimps risotto, cream and butter free! Check my stories for preparation steps and details and here's the recipe for you!
Shrimps asparagus risotto recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams medium sized shrimps, peeled, deveined (u can leave the tail for better presentation)
1 big onion, finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 cups arborio rice (this time i ddnt have any so i used a mix of egyptian and italian rice πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ( 6 cups hot chicken or veg broth
Black and white pepper
Salt
1-1.5 cups fresh asparagus, diced into 2 cm chunks
4 TBS olive oil
3-4 TBS grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Heat a pot
Add 2 TBS olive oil, shrimps, balck and white pepper and some salt
Stir until shrimps are pink color, around 3 min
Set shrimps and juices aside
In the same pot, add remaining 2 TBS olive oil and onions
Stir until onions are translucent
Add asparagus and stir occasionally for around 3-4 mn
Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds
Add rice, some salt (beware hat broth has salt so you adjust accordingly)
Start adding broth, 1/2 cup at a time while stirring frequently
Each time the broth is absorbed add 1/2 more cup
This will take around 30
When rice becomes creamy and well cooked you'll know you're done
Add the shrimps and juices, some grated parmesan cheese
Serve immediately garnished as desired

So i saw this video of melting brownies on facebook (which is so easy to prepare and not healthy at all, but hey life is short lol) so here's the result; the smell is to die for, the taste is heavenly but i want ICE CREAMMMM to go with it :/ Melting brownies recipe:
Ingredients:
340 gram butter, melted, kept warm
175-200 grams sugar (depends on how sweet u like it)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
250 gram chocolate melted (i used a mix of milk and dark choc but u can use whatever u like)
Sifted togeher: 200 grams flour, 60 grams cocoa powder, 1 tsp salt
250 gram chocolate chunks

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
In a bowl, mix together warm butter and sugar until well combined
Add eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy
Add melted chocolate and mix till combined
Add the flour, cocoa and salt mixture and combine using a spatula
Fold in chocolate chunks
Transfer to a pan
Bake for 20-25 mn

Woke up missing greece so i decided to replicate this baked feta cheese: just place feta cheese (the Greek feta cheese is almost the same as bulghari cheese we have here in #lebanon .. so i used bulghari) on an aluminum foil in a pan, top with tomatoes, drizzle some olive oil and into the oven at max temperature, brown from top and serve with a sprinkle of oregano 🀀 #morning #saturday #baked #fetacheese #TakeMeBackToGreece #healthyliciousbysara #livelovegreece
