😍 Overnight Oats 😍
A quick, healthy and more importantly, tasty breakfast!
This has been my most absolute favourite breakfast so far in my pregnancy...well I'd happily eat Nutella every morning but trying to not let that happen!
The night before mix together 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (1:1 ratio of the two however you like to measure), 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional - add 1/2 scoop protein powder). Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge. When ready to eat stir it up, add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt and a handful of berries (I added a few nuts today too). It's a great source of protein, fibre, calcium, iron, vitamin C and so much more!
