Worked w the owners and chef at Habenero's in Westminster, MD and came up w a healthy low cal, low carb, high protein meal option at a Mexican restaurant. So a couple of months ago, a lady that works with me was given extra donuts when she ordered at dunkin donuts. She asked me if I wanted one and of course I said yes! I freaking love donuts! She goes to Dunkin' like every day and most days she would leave a donut on my desk. Today when I saw her come in I told her "NO MORE DONUTS!" In a nice way of course ☺️ I told her I am staying away from trigger foods that cause me to binge and just trying not to eat so much processed food. She was totally cool with that. Don't be afraid to say no to people who are constantly offering you shitty processed food. There is a time and a place for little treats here and there. Eating a donut every single day wont get me closer to my goals. If you have goals you are trying to attain as far as your health goes, it's okay to tell people what you need or DONT need from them. If they care about you then they will understand. If they give you a hard time punch them in the nose! lol just kidding ☺️ or am I? πŸ™ƒ

So I had a rough couple of days. My car broke down and I had no way to go food shopping on Sunday πŸ˜’ taking an uber to work is annoying and I woke up with horrible back pains because my period is about to arrive. Luckily at work I have healthy food options. I had a half of a turkey sandwich this morning and for lunch I'm having a salad with grilled chicken, chick peas, roasted red peppers and balsamic vinaigrette. Normally I do just a little oil and vinegar but they didn't have any so I opted for the healthiest option as far as dressing. I had to work with had. Later on I will go food shopping and get my first work out in of the Chalean Extreme program. Tomorrow should be better. What did you have for lunch today? Comment below.
