I’m using a resistance band to create load without compressing the joints.
I am still slowly recovering from a previous back injury so I always opt to band loads instead of weights to protect it.

Little bitta everything in todays lunch 🥗🍤 The majority of my non-meat protein sources come from fish, lentils and beans, & this salad is stacked with all three 🐟😋 To all my pescatarian friends: any fish recommendations? I eat shrimp frequently with salads & I loveee salmon, but I need to switch things up. Also (vegetarians and vegans too), what other protein sources do you cook into your meals? Hoy el almuerzo fue super fácil, nutritivo y balanceado: wraps de atún, champiñones y vegetales. Gracias a @integralfood6019 por la inspiración😘 INGREDIENTES: ✔1 lata de @atunvancamps en agua ✔2 tortillas integrales @bimbocolombia ✔1/2 pimentón ✔1/2 cebolla cabezona ✔4 hojas de espinaca ✔1 taza de champiñones cortados PREPARACIÓN: 🔹picar la cebolla y el pimentón en cuadritos 🔹en una sartén caliente agregar 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva y sofreir la cebolla, el pimentón y los champiñones por unos 5 minutos 🔹luego agregar el atún y las espinacas y saltear por 1 min más 🔹calentar las tortillas en otro sartén a fuego bajo (sólo un poco, la idea es que queden blandas y no se tuesten) 🔹poner la tortilla sobre un plato, agregar el relleno y doblar. #wrapdeatun #wrap #healthywrap #recetassaludables #fitrecipes #healthylunch #comidasana #almuerzo #fitgirl #fitfood #instafood #estilodevidasaludable #healthylifestyle #healthyfoodchoices

Blue cheese, pear and chicken salad 🥗 🧀 🍐
🌿 chicken breast
🌿 cheese danablu
🌿 romaine lettuce 🌿 red leaf lettuce 🌿 arugula
🌿 walnut
🌿 maple syrup
🌿 sunflower seeds
Fry chicken breast in a pan until it cooked. Slice the pear. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Grind the nuts. Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle it with maple syrup. Add seeds on top. 🥗

Don't feel like you can only be healthy if you eat from home. While we do cook most of our meals at home, we still go out to eat and order mindfully. We used to have food anxiety and if we didn't eat the same ten foods then we were eating bad. 🙈 boy are we happy that is not the case anymore. .
