AIP day 43, dinner 😋
Another version of our fave sweet potato recipe by @meghantelpner! You can find it on her blog under “All Dressed Sweet Potato”. We decided to try Jamaican sweet potato this time too: not bad!

The meal is already AIP friendly, so we just had to change the dressing a bit! Instead of using tahini (which is sesame seeds, aka 🙅‍♀️ not allowed), I used coconut butter/manna. And instead of soy sauce or tamari, I used coconut aminos. And though it tasted different, it still tasted as ✨ amazing ✨ as it usually does!

So in this meal...
🍠 roasted Jamaican sweet potato
🐂 ground beef
🌱 sautéed spinach
🥥 coconut butter
🥄 coconut aminos
♨️ garlic and onions
🎋 asparagus
