Ahh, this was insayyyyyyne 😭 Reminiscing about last night's dessert situation ➡️ I made avocado black bean brownies using @nuzest_usa Quick Vita Kick in Cacao Honey (code: healthful_radiance ‼️) and topped them with @wild_friends Chocolate Coconut PB and paired with some vanilla bean @halotopcreamery. Coming from a girl with a major sweet tooth, this could have passed as the real deal 👊🏼

Also working hard on appreciating Tuesdays, everyone is down on Monday but Tuesday is a day with very little identity/purpose so I'm open to any ideas u have on improving it. 🤔 hmmm Turnip Tuesday, Tomato Tuesday, Tea Tuesday maybe u have some better ideas than I do 🤷🏻‍♀️😂Dijon Vinaigrette:

Worst idea ever: trying to fold laundry + begin packing your three bickering children for a weeklong trip on day ☝🏼 of red tide. A much better idea: saying "pack yourselves, b*tchesssss" + stuffing your face. 🤤 How I did this grilled chicken + veggie bowl with an eggie topper.👇🏼#savoringtheflavoring


1. I chopped up some leftover grilled chicken + grilled cauliflower + reheated in a cast iron skillet with a little garlic ghee. Added in a little baby spinach + stirred to wilt. Seasoned with a little rosemary sea salt.
2. Served topped with a sunny-side-up, pasture-raised egg cooked in ghee in a cast iron skillet. 🤤👌🏻

Monday morning bowl of veggies 🌿🙌🏼 Had so much fun at the beach yesterday! It was so relaxing to just chill in the sun (No headache this time YAY! I wore a hat the whole time and that seemed to really help) I didn't apply enough sunscreen to my cheeks though so I'm looking a little bit like these tomatoes 😳 Lots of vitamin E for me! Anyway, this bowl was steamed tuscan kale, steamed broccoli, tomatoes, white beans, sliced avocado and hemp seeds. Hope you all have a great day! 💫

Eggs are a nutrient powerhouse as if you think about it, one egg has to contain enough nutrients to grow a baby chicken from conception to birth 🥚
Egg whites contain mostly protein in the form of albumen whereas the yolk is made up of healthy fats which enables fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) to be absorbed! I often here people say don't eat too many eggs because of the high cholesterol content, but to be honest, eggs will not be contributing to 'bad' cholesterol problems as this form is used as an essential part of the cell membrane surrounding every cell in the body!
Another unique compound called Choline can be found in eggs which enables the formation of a neurotransmitter molecule acetylcholine involved in all nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have eggs almost everyday with my breakfast especially after exercising to replenish energy with healthy fats and for protein to assist with muscle repair. When buying eggs, always buy free range or organic pasture raised that are from your local area. This way you know the eggs are fresh and the hens are free to roam, living a healthy life and therefore results in better quality eggs. 🐔
