Haven't made a fairybowl for a while now but Laura @laurafruitfairy is celebrating a huge milestone #FRUITFAIRY50K and this bowl is for her! She asked to tell the most important lesson we have learned in my life so far... ugh that's not easy because there are so many 🙈. But let's take this one: Everything happens for a reason and there's a plan behind all this. A path, that you have to find and follow, no matter what. Hope this makes sense 😌. I would like to thank you all for your recovery wishes yesterday... I slept like 20 hours last night (no, not really, the kids were hungry and aked for breakst at 8 am 😩) and I am already feeling a bit better. Also a big hug to @gemueseliebelei for visiting my blog 😚!

My best friend insists that our iPhones are eavesdropping on everything we say + do. Case-in-point: today, a few minutes after I sent her a picture of my organic cherry Whole Foods find, she got a pop-up ad for organic cherries. 😳 WTF. Super creepy. Then the other day, when John + I (mainly John 😐) were talking about my tendency to overreact about small things in the days leading up to my period, he was saying how great it would be if my period app would alert him when it's PMS time. And y'all, a few days later, I discovered the MyFLO app...which does just that. 😱 Not only does it track your cycle + teach you about all the different phases - including tips like what you should eat, which workouts you should focus on + how you'll probably be feeling physically + mentally - it actually SENDS your partner an email at the beginning of each phase telling him what to expect + how he can support you through said phase. 😃 Thank you, you super stalk-y iPhone! 💃🏼 Without you + MyFLO, I never would've known that I'm currently in my luteal phase + thus need to stuff my face with root veggies, hence tonight's luteal special. How I did it 👇🏼


1. I cut up 2 large carrots + a beet + sprayed 'em with @chosenfoods avocado oil + drizzled 'em with grassfed ghee + seasoned them with sea salt + garlic powder, then roasted in the toaster oven on convection 400 for about 20-25 min.
2. Topped the veggies with a 3-min poached egg + some parsley.👌🏼🤤 And don't forget, y'all: for the rest of the week, when you make one of my recipes or share one of my photos:

Last night I shared my favorite go-to meal on stories with you guys 🍴 It hasn't gotten old for me yet and I have it at least 4x a week! Plus it only takes about 10 minutes to throw together 💯
Big base of greens, seasoned organic ground turkey (I always have some made in the fridge for an easy protein option. My favorite is sautéing turkey with a splash of olive oil + @primalpalate adobo seasoning + turmeric), avocado, sauerkraut (@pickledplanet beet kraut), roasted bell peppers (chop bell peppers, spray with avocado oil, season with @primalpalate BBQ rub 🤤 BROIL in the oven for 10-12 minutes on high), fresh cilantro, then drizzle the salad with @kouzinifoods cold-pressed Greek olive oil.
