I want to say that this English muffin is made from blood, sweat, and tears, but, no worries, this girl didn’t cry when things got tough. 😂😬 The two-minute paleo English muffin recipe from @runningtothekitchen turned into an hour-long endeavor after I dropped a glass jar of coconut flour...and cut my hands trying to catch it... 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ (I know, I know.) I was at least rewarded with a fluffy, almond-y English muffin concoction. 10/10 would recommend the recipe and care in the kitchen. 😘 XO Claire 💜😊🌿
