This toast may sound like a strange combination to you, but it is absolutely amazing!
On toasted gluten free almond bread, is homemade almond and walnut butter, sliced rainbow heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil.

These flavors work so well together for a nice savory snack or breakfast. If you'd like my almond butter recipe, please see my post on April 5th five rows down. The only thing I did differently here, is 1/3 is walnuts and I didn't toast the nuts first. The walnuts add a nice texture.
