I went from being the girl who would have the best intentions for working out and eating healthy in college and end up fizzling out, to now working out in the comfort of my own home for just 30 minutes a day because I freakin’ LOVE the energy and endorphins I get from moving my body! 💪🏻💕😁
Learning how to fuel my body but also enjoy a glass of wine (or donut!) every now and then has also been so KEY on this journey and in finding balance in my life.
