Try these simple gluten free banana pancakes that will leave you feeling satisfied for hours!

Pancake Recipe:
1 banana
1 organic egg
1 organic egg white
1/4 cup gluten free oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend everything in blender and cook in pan with coconut oil.
Chia Jam recipe:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbs water
Heat in sauce pan .

Dinkel Fussilli in Orangen Aglio olio mit Bratpaprika, Rucola und Parmesan
So geht's : 1 handvoll bunte Paprika Streifen mit 1/2 Hand voll rote Zwiebel Streifen in 1 El Bio Rapsöl scharf in einer Pfanne anbraten. 1 handvoll gekochte Dinkel Nudeln zugeben und mit dem Saft einer ausgepressten Orange ergänzen. Jetzt nach Geschmack mit frischem Knoblauch Öl, Salz, frischen geriebenen Ingwer und etwas Chilli abschmecken. Das Ganze auf einen Teller anrichten mit gewaschenen Rucola und grhobrltem Parmesan garnieren.
