Avocado + Kale Nourish Bowl 🥑💗🍃✨ || Happy weekend, you guys! I ate this bowl for breakfast (instead of the usual smoothie) and it was so delicious - feeling super energized for the day ahead. And it's another sunny day in seattle ☀️ so you know a part of it will be spent outdoors.

As for this bowl, the combo was amazing: massaged kale + avocado + beets + chickpeas + red cabbage + snow peas. All drizzled with a lemon evoo dressing. Have a great day, beautiful friends!

Post run/arm workout breakfast/lunch cause I don't have a super rigid schedule on the weekends!! It's still cool to get a workout in on saturdays but it's also just as cool to sleep in and then do it instead of waking up really early!

Small meal prep this week because I really need to start using up my meal plan. T-4ish weeks until I never have to use my stinky meal plan again! I can't wait to be able to cook all the time and have a normal sized fridge! The chicken is garlic and herb, the quinoa has spinach and tomatoes mixed in, and the muffins are homemade protein/peanut butter banana off of Pinterest! I'm always excited when something new actually works! 💯🙌🏻

DIY TRAIL MIX~ all natural👅
1.5 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup of various dried fruits- I used raisins, apples, prunes, and apricots

Protein Waffles with my new fav flour, b-a-n-a-n-a!
1/2 cup green banana flour, I used Wedo.
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen
1.5 TSP baking powder
1/8 TSP pink salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 TBS ACV
2 TSP vanilla
1 TSP cinnamon

Combine dry then mix with wet. Pour into greased waffle iron. Should make 2-3 batches depending on your iron size. Enjoy 😋
