How to make the best oats that will literally change your life: microwave 1 or 2 packets of cinnamon roll @betteroats for 90 seconds (I actually usually do 1.5 cuz it comes out to a regular serving of oats), add 60g egg whites, cook another minute, add 10g snickerdoodle @pescience protein powder, cook 30 seconds. Top with toffee crunch @nutsnmore, bananas, and Cadbury eggs😋

I swear, my body tells me what we're having for breakfast...Thought it would be an egg Morning since I had a tortilla last night but my belly demanded all the carbs this morning. // Cinnamon-vanilla oats with chia seeds + 1/2 Braeburn apple cooked in but still crisp + small mountain of 0%greek yogurt + chopped hazelnuts + @crazyrichardspb {look at that glossy drizzle though...🤤} + more cinnamon.
