Dare to be different, stand out in the crowd! Not only will giving your kids healthier meals do good for thier bodies BUT it teaches them that being different is GOOD, and helps them learn to be comfortable in their own skin rather than fitting in with the crowd. (My apologies, just noticed the spelling error... I posted this too early for my brain to work. Lol!!)

I don't buy snack chips for my family, that means my kids lunches don't include them... They also don't get canned fruit that's swimming in sugar juice. They don't get non-nutritious bread (if they get it at all), and they don't get nitrate filled lunch meats either.

So what's in my kids lunches?
-Grass fed roast beef
-Grass fed Munster cheese
-Sprouted bread (crust removed)
-Sliced whole fruit (pineapple, from a real pineapple)
-Nut mix (pistachios/pumpkin seed)
-Rx bar as a treat
-Water (not shown)

My kids health is my #1 focus, and those of you that THINK feeding your family well is just too expensive simply haven't done your homework.
My pineapple (which is enough for the entire wk was only $2.95) the nuts (which lasts almost 2 wks was about $9 yes, I get the shelled ones). The most expensive item in their lunch is their meat, I don't skimp.on their protien... You get what you pay for and you are what you eat EATS... .
Do your best for your kids, they deserve a fighting chance. If you don't know where to start or how to do it I can help. Don't let not knowing prevent you from doing your best for your family. They will thank you for it. 😊😉

Two days ago I ate a slice of Pavlova and for the first time in such a long time, I didn't feel guilt while eating it or after eating it. And here's why. I'm finally in such a great habit of everyday healthy eating, that I knew I would go on eating well from the next meal onwards. I wasn't scared of falling back into bad eating habits.
