سلام بر عزيزان دلم!😍
امروز يك روش خيلى ساده و آسون و فوق سريع طبخ مرغ با كمترين مواد اوليه ممكن را برايتان آماده كرده ام كه خودم هميشه براى زرشك پلو با مرغ مهمونى ها درست مى كنم خيلى هم خوشمزه ست!😜😋 البته اين روش خيلى هم رژيمى طور نمى باشد !😁 ولى بسيار سريع و لذيذ مى باشد!😉

براى تهيه ابتدا روغن كنجد را كف تابه ريخته و مرغ ها را در تابه مى چينيم. سپس زعفران دم كرده به مقدار فراوان روى آنها ريخته و در تابه را مى گذاريم تا حسابى تفت داده شود. چند بار هم مرغها را زير و رو مى كنيم تا همه طرف تفت بخورد.

حال در يك كاسه دو قاشق رب گوجه با نصف فنجان آبليمو و نمك و فلفل و پاپريكا و زردچوبه و زعفران به همراه يك ليوان آب مخلوط كرده و روى مرغ ها اضافه مى كنيم و اجازه مى دهيم با حرارت كم بپزد ! تمام!😁

چنانچه مايل بوديد مى توانيد كمى هويج هم در هنگام طبخ اضافه كنيد ولى در اين روش نياز به هيچگونه سير و پياز و سبزيجات خاص ديگرى نداريد و خود مرغ با آب كمى كه پخته مى شود بسيار خوشمزه و مناسب براى زرشك پلو مى باشد!🍗😋 #فلورا_مرغ

Easy summer chicken salad for dinner tonight 🙌🏻 I know I always say my meals are easy but that's because I don't have the patience for meals that take forever to cook 😅Plus I meal prep lots of veggies so I always have those ready to go 👌🏻 No meal prepped veggies tonight though! I made some chicken on the George Foreman and it took about 10 minutes, cut up a tomato, avocado, and Sautéed some squash while my chicken cooked 🤗 And then threw it all together for a bomb salad 💯😎 Seriously such an easy dinner if you don't have anything prepped!
