prepped vanilla chia pudding for the week yesterday for an easy grab and go breakfasts! today's breakfast isn’t really to go, but it’s most certainly easy😜 AND tasty.
I love adding chia seeds into my meals: oats, baked goods (great egg substitute for vegan recipes) chia puddings, smoothies. moreover chia seeds contain a serious amount of protein, calcium, fiber and healthy fats to help fuel your day. how do YOU use chia seeds?
breakfast today was whole milk yogurt, my chia pudding, fresh figs, raspberries, cacao nibs and @wild_friends creamy peanut butter🔥
vanilla chia pudding:
1.5 cups nut milk of choice or coconut milk (i used almond milk)
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions: combine milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a mason jar, cover with lid, give it a good shake and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. HAPPY TUESDAY!
