Бег, любимая тема 😇🤗. Изучим основной и главный аспект в беге. Правильное дыхание при беге: основные моменты

Опытные бегуны рекомендуют дышать при помощи диафрагмы или же нижней части живота. То есть дыхание не должно быть поверхностным через верхний отдел груди. Как этому научиться? Тренироваться следует при ходьбе, а то и вовсе в спокойном состоянии. Для начала необходимо глубоко вдохнуть, при этом надувая живот.
При медленном беге лучше всего, чтобы выдох и вдох осуществлялись через 3-4 шага. Но вначале стоит тренироваться так дышать через 2 шага. Можно попробовать такой ритм дыхания при ходьбе. Когда такое дыхание войдет в привычку, можно переходить на бег.
Дыхание при беге зимой должно осуществляться именно носом! При дыхании ртом переохлаждение и загрязнение дыхательных путей неизбежно. Ведь при беге на свежем воздухе всевозможные микроорганизмы и пыль оседают на миндалинах, попадают в трахею и бронхи. В результате могут развиться инфекционные и простудные заболевания.
Итак, подытожим ...
Старайтесь дышать носом. Если задыхаетесь и не хватает воздуха, дышите ртом и носом одновременно.
Дыхание при беге должно быть ритмичным, не рваным, а через сколько шагов лучше вдыхать и выдыхать подскажет организм.
Вдыхайте глубоко, пробуйте делать вдох мышцами живота. Выдыхайте полностью, освобождая легкие от воздуха. Успехов 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 #бег#дыхание#running#energy#healthybreathing
