This new recipe I just created is a great alternative to tomato sauce & tastes incredible✅🌱💚 I used carrots, roasted red pepper, garlic, onion and basil. As usual wasn't feeling it after a rough 11hrs of work no lunch. But i manage to do a little speed walk with randoms in between (jumping squats, walking lungers with weights, arm curls, planks, pushups, dips, leg lifts ect.) Enough to sweat & burn fat. Today I needed LOTS of food & lots of rest!! I basically haven't left my bed for the past 6 hours & am now going to sleep.... VERY rare for me! I could tell myself that I accomplished nothing, or, that I gave myself exactly what I needed. I'll choose the latter 🤗

1hr of kick ass non stop workout... Very rough day at work... when i say rough, i mean fight back tears rough. I feel mentally deflated but somehow managed to drag myself to the gym. Could only do a 1.5miles but suppose thats better than a missed workout & it calmed my anxiety a little. I'm still trying, still going.
