Hello from my Hut in the Cotswolds 🙋🏼. I am on a 24 hour country escape with @nextofficial_label and rooming with the total babe that is @ajodudu. Check out my IG story for our mini Cribs tour 😂. Really enjoying this little break and using it to take time off and listen to my body. So far my body is saying Pasta, Biscuits and 2 desserts 👌 and I am not mad about it. Life is for living and it feels so good to go with the flow. In the past, not being in control of my nutrition would have made me really anxious. But 3 years later, I realise it's important to do what makes you happy! The best way to start every morning with a well balanced breakfast of oats, egg whites, bananas, peanut butter and light honey. Micro factor to keep my insides as clean as the outside and joint mobility/full mega for the joints with the heavy lifting and winter air to protect the joints. Opti-greens 50 to get all my veggies in one serving along with BCAAs for my recovery this weekend. I feel like Monday is going to be a good one when I come back fresh with these two rest days. #PR crushing this #bulkingseason 350 bench, 450+ squat, and the deadlift shooting for 575-600. Morning everyone! And a very very happy Saturday! 😃😘💖 That’s me now off until Wednesday 🙌🏻🙌🏻 look and feel like a half shut knife but will get caught up on some sleep over the weekend. I decided to weigh in today as I wanted to see what effect no running this week and working nights was potentially going to do. Now I Defo don’t feel I’ve ate as much the last 3 days and the scales confirmed how I felt. I’m sitting today below target range at 9st 7lb ( range is 9st 9lb - 10st 1) I normally sit around 9st 10lb. I don’t reckon it’s a true 3lb loss but more because I pretty much have been having only 2 meals a day and the last one at 4.30pm so I have zero bloat. Only snacks on my break at work and even then not lots. Sorry for the ramble i just find it helps me to write it down ☺️ So today is my first day off with my family and it will be a treat day. We are meeting friends at soft play later so I may even have a sneaky cake 😍😍 but will post as and when I do. During this clinical practice semester we are beginning to explore the relationship between the practioner and the client and how the relationship impacts upon clinical practice and the outcomes of a nutritional programme.
Over the course of my studies and more so on qualification, I'm mindful of the importance of practioner self care and "filling my cup" in order to enhance the therapeutic relationship.

This "ready to rise" heart centred guide by the gorgeous Bridget @bridgetjane_wellness is very timely and simple reminder of the routines and rituals that can be incorporated into daily life to maintain self care. Thank you Bridgette for your inspiration 💗
