PROTEIN PUDDING CUPS
1⃣50g Haferkleie
2⃣ca 40ml Wasser/Milch
3⃣20g Slim body shake
4⃣Zuckerersatz
5️⃣zimt/vanillearoma/backkakao etc
➡️bitte markiert mich und benutzt den hashtag #valentinascreations
➡️alle Zutaten gut verrühren
➡️der Teig soll wirklich "trocken" sein ➡️Teig auf ein backpapier legen und mit einem 2. bedecken ➡️mit einem nudelholz so dünn wie möglich ausrollen ➡️mittelgroße kreise ausstechen und in muffinförmchen auslegen
➡️pudding zubereiten und in die förmchen füllen (oder Cups zuerst backen und dann verfüllen)
➡️ca 12min bei 150grad backen

RECIPE:
For the crust:
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil at room temperature
3 Tbsp Maple syrup
3/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp @ottos_cassava_flour, sifted (119g - please weigh flour for accurate results)
Pinch of Salt
For the topping:
2 Tbsp flax meal
5 Tbsp Warm water
1 Cup Pecans roughly chopped (105g)
1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil
3 Tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 Cup Coconut sugar, packed
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
1️⃣Heat oven to 350 degrees and line the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment. Rub with coconut oil.
2️⃣Beat the maple syrup and coconut oil together and stir in the cassava flour and salt until it forms a dough.
3️⃣Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake until the edges are a deep golden brown, and the middle is lightly golden, about 14-15 minutes. Press down any spots that rise and Let cool for 1 hour before starting the topping.
4️⃣Additionally, as soon as the crust comes out of the oven, whisk the flax meal with the warm water and refrigerate.
5️⃣Place the pecans onto a cookie sheet and bake them until they smell "nutty" about 8-10 minutes. chop and set aside.
6️⃣Once the crust has cooled, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar and salt in a large sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 min, stirring frequently and then remove from heat. Let stand at room temperature for 5 mins.
7️⃣Then add the chilled flax eggs and mix well. Stir in the chopped pecans.
8️⃣Pour the topping over the crust, using a spoon to spread out evenly, making sure the pecans lay flat.
9️⃣Bake until the filling looks set, about 20 minutes. 🔟Let stand until it comes to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for AT LEAST 6 hours - overnight ⏸Once chilled, slice and serve COLD! ❄️ .

الكيكة:
طاسة الا ربع شوفان مرحي.
نص طاسة دقيق قمح كامل.
نص طاسة دقيق الورده البيضاء مكتوب عليه دقيق خبز البادية تقريبا .
ربع طاسة كاكاو.
ظرف بيكينق باودر.
رشة ملح.
بش تحلوها تقدرو تستعملو عسل او سكر دايت ، انا استعملت سكر نحسابه سكر دايت لكن تقريبا طلع مش ستيفيا صافي مزال مشكوك في امره ، المهم استعملت منه عشرة مربعات صغار ، تقدرو تحلوها بعسل ، كاشيكين او ثلاثه عسل نحسه كافي .
طاسة وربع حليب خالى الدسم.
ربع طاسة زيت زيتون.
دحيتين.
كاشيكين صغار فانيليا .
الحشو:
نص طاسة حليب خالى الدسم مذوب فيه كاشيك عسل* هذا بنشربوها بيه*
زبدة فول سوداني طبيعيه .
عسل.
موز.
التوبينق او الزينه او الكريمه:
نص حكه قشطة لايت ، انا ماحصلتش لايت اليوم فاستعملت قشطه عاديه .
خمسين جرام شكلاطه داكنه مذوبه في حمام مائي
شويه عسل.
تمر للزينه .
الطريقة:
خلطو الجاف مع بعضه وخلطو السايل مع بعضه وصبو السايل ع الجاف واضربوهم في الخلاط شويه ، خودو طاجينين مدورات حجمهم متوسط انا استعملت متاع اربعه وعشرين سانتي، وادهنوهم بزيت زيتون وحطو ورق زبدة وادهنونهم ثاني . اقسمو الخليط على الطواجين الزوز ودخلو للكوشه ، درجة حرارة ميه وتمانين ، تقعد من ربع ساعه الى تلت ساعه على حسب كوشتك وقوتها ، المهم لما ادخلي فيها عود سنون يطلع جاف * انا طيبتها في طنجرة البورديم على درجة حراره ميه وخمسه وسبعين وخدت مني ربع ساعه اللى عنده منها يستعملها فظيييعه الماكينه لهلبا حاجات ، اي حد داير نظام ويبي ياكل صحي تفيده هلبا*
بعد اطيبو نحوهم وخلوهم يبردو شويه وبعدين سقوهم الزوز بالحليب والعسل اللى خلطناه ، وبعدين احشوها بزبدة الفول السوداني وشوية العسل والموز ، توا خلطو القشطه بشويه عسل متاع نص كاشيك كبير ، والشكلاطه الذايبه وافردوها على الكيكة من فوق وزينوها بالتمرات وصحتين وعااافيه ،،

🔸15 Vanille whey/Casein (casein bindet besser) 🔸Vanille flavdrops
🔸Zitronenabrieb
🔸ein paar Blaubeeren ➡ alles mischen und in eine Mikrowellen geeignete Schüssel geben (habe hier Silikon Förmchen benutzt). Ab damit für 4-5 Minuten bei 800 Watt in die Mikrowelle und genießen 🤗

Vanilla Tarts
makes two
base
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/8 tsp @heilalavanilla natural vanilla extract
filing
1/2 cup solid full fat coconut cream, from a refrigerated can (minimum 24 hours in the fridge)
3/4 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp @heilalavanilla natural vanilla extract
to decorate
raspberries
pistachios
shredded coconut

In a food processor, process the almonds and coconut until a fine meal is achieved. Add the rice malt syrup and process again to combine. The mixture should be sticky enough to hold together when pressed between your fingers, if it's not just add a tsp of rice malt and process again. Press into tart moulds.
Mix together your filling ingredients until completely combined and smooth. Divide into the tart bases. Place in the fridge to firm up. Decorate with fresh raspberries, pistachios and coconut, or anything you wish. Enjoy!

We made another batch of my baby’s new favorite snack this afternoon: banana bread with mommy’s twist 😄Beside the base of Banana, Egg, whole wheat flour I also add ground walnut, ground almond and ground flax seed to make it more nutritious and I used one date as sweetener. Baby and Daddy both loved it. And again, there's not a single Christmas cookie left in my box! A few years ago I'd have been happy about this, because back then I had more time and ideas for baking than I could actually eat. 😉 But now I can't keep up with baking as fast as I'm eating anymore. That's life when you can eat without any regrets, because you know that you're giving your body only natural and healthy ingredients. Well, this is definitely the only disadvantage about my recipes! 😀

Und schon wieder sind meine selbstgebackenen Plätzchen alle! Noch vor ein paar Jahren hätte mich das gefreut, da hatte ich nämlich mehr Zeit und Ideen zum Backen, als ich essen konnte. 😉 Aber jetzt komme ich eher mit dem Backen nicht hinterher. So ist das, wenn man ohne schlechtes Gewissen drauf los naschen kann, weil man weiß, dass man grade nur natürliche und tolle Zutaten zu sich nimmt. We call these paleo chocolate chunk goodies “Sunday Cookies” and damn do they cure the scaries. Recipe from KWEEN @ambitiouskitchen 😍😍 What’s your favorite holiday sweet?? INGREDIENTS
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 cup almond meal or flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 oz 85% dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
Heat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients then add dry ingredient. Form into cookies and bake 8-11 minutes until just golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt then try to not burn mouth while eating straight from oven 🙈🙈

Which is why these ALMOND BUTTER cranberry cookies 🍪 have a special place in my heart 💕💞

Nach Ewigkeiten habe ich mal wieder einen schönen Vormittag mit @our_perfect_natur_e verbracht 💖😘💖
Zu Hause wieder angekommen hab ich mich spontan noch an ein paar Weihnachtplätzchen gemacht, da kam das Kokosmehl aus Tütchen Nr. 14 des #paulisadventsgedöns genau richtig😁
Entstanden sind vegane Kokoskipferl😍😍😍 Ingredients für ca. 40 Stück 🔸 40g Kokosmehl
🔸 150g Dinkelmehl 🔸 1 Tl gemahlene Flohsamenschalen 🔸 4 El Hafermilch (kann natürlich durch andere Flüssigkeit ersetzt werden) 🔸 100g Kokosblütenzucker 🔸 150g Kokosöl
Aus den Zutaten einen Teig kneten, in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und ne Stunde kalt stellen. Teig in vier Stücke teilen und zu daumendicken Strängen rollen. Stränge in ca. 10 Stücke schneiden und zu Kipferl formen. Kipferl bei 200 Crad ca 7-10min backen, abkühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben. Vorsicht ⚠ jeder Ofen ist anders, gut beobachten, bei mir ist ein Blech auch ziemlich dunkel geworden. Aber der Puderzucker kaschiert es gut 😁

snowy day ALWAYS involves baking! Re-creating my fav🍪with healthier ingredients is the ticket to living a successful plant based diet. These @bobsredmill almond meal @enjoylifefoods choc chip crunch balls were amazing after they sat in my 🥛cashew milk. The only problem is that I conquer most of them before they cool down- you guilty of that too?!?!

I'm pretty sure my love of "treats " is something a part of my dna. Also the holidays are here, which means sweet treats like crazy. I learned that I am sensitive to gluten, eggs, and dairy, so I'm constantly recipe testing and experimenting. BUT! Since I recently have become a part of the #healthstyleemporium I have access to a bunch of friendly recipes. 😆😄😁 I'm excited to try out a bunch of them, including these chocolate chip blondies, clean ingredients!!!

Wanna share in the excitement?! Here's the recipe: 👇

Ingredients
•cooking spray or coconut oil for greasing .
•1 can canellini beans, rinsed and drained.
•1/2 cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of choice .
•1/3 cup pure maple syrup.
•2 teaspoons vanilla.
•1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt.
•1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
•1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chunks.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350°F
2. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, spray or grease lightly.
3. In food processor, mix all ingredients together, minus the chocolate chunks
4. Fold in chocolate chunks with spatula, save some for sprinkling.
5. Spread batter evenly in pan and sprinkle on remaining chunks
6.Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Batter will look done on edges and perhaps undercooked in the middle, but don't over bake!
7. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

50 gr havermout
50 gr amandelpoeder
2 el ahornsiroop
1 el gesmolten kokosolie

Voor de dadelpasta
4 dadels
Beetje water

Meng alles goed door elkaar
Vorm een bal van het deeg
Maak kleine balletjes en druk ze plat
Maak er met je duim een afdruk in
Leg op een bakplaat en bak de koekjes 15 min op 180 graden
Laat afkoelen en pureer de dadels met een beetje water

Chocolate chia cookies. 100 g cashews 30 g chia seeds 50 g raw organic cacao powder 1/4 organic coconut oil 3 Tbsp maple syrup. Mix together in bowl or food proccessor and bake for 10 minutes and eat away 😍😋

Vanilla Tarts
makes two
base
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/8 tsp @heilalavanilla natural vanilla extract
filing
1/2 cup solid full fat coconut cream, from a refrigerated can (minimum 24 hours in the fridge)
3/4 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp @heilalavanilla natural vanilla extract
to decorate
raspberries
pistachios
shredded coconut

In a food processor, process the almonds and coconut until a fine meal is achieved. Add the rice malt syrup and process again to combine. The mixture should be sticky enough to hold together when pressed between your fingers, if it's not just add a tsp of rice malt and process again. Press into tart moulds.
Mix together your filling ingredients until completely combined and smooth. Divide into the tart bases. Place in the fridge to firm up. Decorate with fresh raspberries, pistachios and coconut, or anything you wish. Enjoy!

• Christmas Bread •
Hello my loves! While I'm studying I that I'd might serve you the recipe to this yummy Christmas bread! It's spiced with caraway, cinnamon, ginger and julmust! It's super juicy and delicious!
Unfortunately I haven't made a vegan version of this yet, but you can always try to use chia eggs instead.
Recipe:
• mix 250 g almonds, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 teaspoon potato giver (pofiber), carnation, cardamom, cinnamon, caraway, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate and some salt. (Lots of all the spices)
• when you have a flour like texture, add 6 dates, 1 tbsp coconut sirup, 0,5 dl Christmas root beer (Julmust), 3 tbsp melted coconut oil and 4 eggs and mix well.
• pour into muffin moulds and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 30 minutes but watch them carefully. Or, bake them in a bread pan but for 40 minutes.
• enjoy the smell while they're in the oven and then the taste when they're done!
Serve with some coconut oil, cheese or whatever you feel like!

Ingredients
200g dairy-free margarine (I used Biona)
300g coconut palm sugar or caster sugar if using
200g dairy-free yoghurt. I used Koko coconut yoghurt
200g oat milk 2 tsp vanilla extract
400g gluten-free self-raising flour (I used Dove’s Farm)
2 tsp baking powder
For the buttercream:
The cream from the top of 3 tins of full-fat coconut milk. Do not use the watery part, just the cream. You can save the watery part for curries or soups 3 tbsp maple syrup
Method
First make the buttercream filling by mixing the coconut cream in a bowl with the maple and leaving it in the fridge to set a little.
Preheat the oven to 180* and grease and line two 22cm round cake tins. Beat the margarine and sugar together for at least 3-4 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the yoghurt, oat milk and vanilla to the mixer and continue to beat. The mixture may look a bit curdled, keep beating, and if it still looks curdled, add a few tablespoons of the flour and beat again. Add the flour and baking powder and SLOWLY fold into the mixture, until fully combined. Divide the mixture between the two tins and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool. Once fully cool, turn one of them out onto a cake stand or plate, spread the cream on top, generously, then put the jam on top of that (also generously), then place the other cake on top and dust with icing sugar.

Zdravé marokánky z ovesných vloček

Ingredience:
3 zralé banány
3 hrnky ovesných vloček (2 namletýcg na jemno, 1 na hrubo)
4 lžíce medu
3 lžíce chia semínek
1-2 čokolády na vaření

Podle chuti:
Ořechy
Mandle
Sušené ovoce
Skořice

Postup:
Chia semínka zalijeme asi 3/4 hrnkem vody, zamícháme a necháme je nabobtnat.

Banány rozmačkáme a všechny ingredience (kromě čokolády) smícháme dohromady.

Na plech vyložený pečícím papírem tvoříme pomocí vykrajovátek libovolné tvary.

Pečeme v předehřáté troubě na 180°C přibližně 15-20 minut.

Necháme vychladnout a namáčíme do rozpuštěné čokolády, nebo marokánky čokoládou pouze ozdobíme.
Dáme ztuhnout do ledničky a máme hotovo.

Busted out the #tigernut flour for my first batch of one of my new fav #holidaycookies ! Spiced, chewy, and #paleofriendly can’t go wrong with tigernut flour (which is not from a nut, but from a root!) as it’s packed with fiber, vitamins, #grainfree and #glutenfree AND is a great source of resistant starch - this means it lowers blood sugar impact and goes directly to the colon to act as a prebiotic- feeding the friendly bacteria in the gut! Yum. Minimal ingredients and easy peasy to make quickly!
About 8 Medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup tigernut flour, packed
3 to 4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine dates, oil, egg in food processor. Process until smooth then add flour, spices and baking soda and process to combine.
Drop by spoonfuls on to parchment lined baking sheet. Can flatten out to desired size and shape buy using wet hands. Makes about 10 medium size.
Bake for 10 to 12 Mins or until edges are brown. Let cool on sheet before digging in!
Goes great with a cup of @creature_coffee in the morning and / or some coconut ice cream!
