CHAKRASANA, i.e. WHEEL POSE
The other day, during our yoga class, my teacher was challenging us with many backbends that always leave me thinking after: “ What is this body of mine yet ready to do that I am not aware of? “
Chakrasana is an intermediate/advanced posture that has a lot of benefits for mind, body and spirit.

If this seems to complicated or you have a back injury, do NOT start with this one. Bridge pose would be a better option, which I will post soon.
When trying out different yoga postures/exercises, we are in charge of deciding whether they are a challenge for our bodies or a risk for an injury. Your body will know the answer.
