I got creative tonight and made up a bean burg recipe!
White Kidney bean, Basil-pesto and Parmesan burgs on Avocado cloud buns:
1 can of washed white navy kidney beans mashed
1 cup of oats
3 Tbsp basil pesto
1 Tbsp sun-dried tomato and herb spice
1/4 cup of Parmesan -Mash it all together and form patties. Freeze for 20-30 mins then fry on skillet to desired firmness. I tossed mine in the oven for an additional 5 mins on broil, with Parmesan and another dollop of pesto. 🤤👌🏼 The Avocado cloud bun recipe can be found on delish.com
