Oh man you guys!! Over the last three months we have had 5 visitors each staying one week each. I’ve been running around playing tourist while trying to run two businesses and be a mom. To say I’m exhausted would be an understatement 🤪
However, through all that time, I’ve only missed a few workouts. Some might say that’s obsessive or crazy, but to me, it’s about making sure I still make time for myself. My workout time is MY time. It’s how I stay sane. I press pause on the craziness of the day and press play on a sanity boost 🙌🏼
Your workout time is your time to stop the day and pour into yourself. To give yourself permission to be selfish and work on your health.
No matter what your holidays look like, take that time to go for a walk, do some yoga, lift heavy weights, or sweat to some music 💃🏼 You won’t regret it and might just get to January feeling more sane than insane 😂
