And still I get messages saying I promote obesity and the fact that it's okay to be overweight. You clearly don't read my posts properly then. I always say: Strive towards being the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. Only you can look in the mirror and decide, this is the best version of myself. There is no shape or size linked to being healthy or in "perfect shape." The shapes of a woman/man changes, evolves and has life of it's own. I am SO over fighting a daily battle with food and struggling to keep my body smaller than what she wants to be. Please, PLEASE stop punishing yourself and your body because you are comparing it to unrealistic body goals. You are worthy of love and respect, no matter your shape or size. I call bullshit on the belief that women should be small and petite to be considered beautiful. I feel truly sorry for people having limiting beliefs like that. Educate and encourage girls to love and accepct their bodies. Taking ownership of your body empowers the mind. Be kind and be grateful. We are all fighting a battle of our own. Love and light!
