✅ LIL TWEAKS = BIG DIFFERENCE ✅ 🙂 I’ll keep this one short and sweet… ✨ Making little tweaks to your portions in either direction (depending on the food at hand) can be a really great way to manipulate total calories consumed at each meal. 🔑 So in this example, the key is to understand that you’re not restricting yourself, you’re just making smarter decisions about where to deploy your calories for the most well balanced meal for both immediate enjoyment, and long term goal progress. 🌿 Specifically, one little hack you can make at anytime is to start eating more veggies! This is always the move! Why? Because they’re low-calorie, high-fiber and super micronutrient dense meaning they’ll fill you up and keep you healthy. 😃 Other than that, just be conscious about portion sizes, and do your best to make smarter decisions!

Truth is I struggled really bad in yoga, dam I still struggle! I still think about walking out of that room after 5 mins! It’s hot as hell and I’m sweating like a freak 💦😅 “fuck this crAzy yoga shit, who the fuck said this makes you feel relaxed and happy?” Then you do the last pose and do that sleeping thing at the end and think “man I’m such a yogi mother fucker, I’m so zen and shit right now.” 🤸‍♀️☯️ #namaste

Many people think that in order to reduce weight they need to eat less.

This myth needs to be busted.
In fact of you eat less the body tends to accumulate what you eat, resulting in fat deposits.
And if you eat food in regular intervals then the metabolic rate increase.

I read an article about Miss World @minushichillar.
I make no claims for it being the right info.
This article talks about 6 short meals, if you have your meals in divided amounts, eating a small portion throughout the day, it make you lose weight and keeps you healthy at the same time.

Your meals should compromise of proteins carbs and fats all in required amounts.

I am no dietician but I have tried this diet and can proudly say that It works.

Make sure you pair this diet with a minimum of 30 min workout.

The pods are also a good source of many essential minerals such as iron, calcium, manganese, and magnesium.
