As promised here is my 4 ingredient challenge approved fudge recipe that is every chocoholic's dream come true. No added sugar, creamy, and macro friendly. Can I get a hallelujah 👏🏼 Time to get chocolate wasted😜🍫❤️ _____________________________________________________________

Guilt Free Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

8 medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut oil softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:

Take dates and pit them. Add pitted dates to a high powered blender or food processor and chop. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula. Add in coconut milk and coconut oil. Blend until a paste forms. Add in cocoa powder and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Place batter in an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm. Slice into 16 equal pieces and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Enjoy!
Macros per serving (1 piece): 98 calories | 7g fat | 9g carbs | .6g protein

Wir sind gerade inmitten von zwei Sessions, daher hier nur eine kleine Anregung für Menschen die Probleme mit der Verdauung oder Luft im Bauch haben: Wenn man nach dem Essen ein paar Fenchelsamen sehr klein kaut hilft es dem Verdauungssytem ungemein - das haben wir gestern alle fleißig ausprobiert und alle konnten gutes Feedback geben ☺️
Mit Anis klappt es ebenfalls, solltet ihr kein Fenchel mögen.
