SNACK TIME: right now I am eating about every three hours with a snack in between breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner. This helps my blood sugar stay steady and metabolism rolling. Snack time can be tricky without a plan because we tend to grab whatever is in sight, and usually that comes with a whole bunch of calories. If that's something that is a struggle for you, work to change that habit. 👊🏻 Plan in some healthy snacks throughout your day to keep you on track.
