Hello Thursday 👋. .
Got up at 5 am and did a leg sesh at gym, did groceries after that and came back home to everyone still in their beds sleeping 😱 omg I’m such a morning person. .
I actually never train my abs but I’m thinking of doing abs workout from next week, just to add them at the end of my upper body days - 3 times a week, I’m pretty sure it’s going to help a little, after all a strong core is important 😆. .
Also, only realised after taking this selfie that I worn my leggings inside out today - to the gym, supermarket and back 🤦🏻‍♀️... why am I always like this, although I’m pretty sure no one noticed cos I didn’t lol 😂. .

🌾 15gr copos de avena integrales de @alcampo.es 🥚 2 claras 🥛 50ml bebida de almendra de @friasnutricion de mi @mydietbox de verano
🥜 Crema de almendra de @myproteines comprado en @nutritienda 🥝 1 kiwi 🍶 Semillas de chia ECO

Proceso:
1️⃣ En un cazo ponemos a calentar la bebida de Almendras y cuando veamos que este caliente añadimos los copos de avena y vamos moviendo.
2️⃣ Cuando los copos se vayan hinchando añadimos las claras de huevo y seguimos removiendo hasta que aparezcan unas burbujitas ( señal de que ya está)
3️⃣ Lo servimos en un bol o cualquier otro recipiente y ponemos la crema de almendras, el kiwi y las semillas de chia. Así de sencillo y rápido.
