yesterday i spent the morning in providence & then decided to visit my college campus, Providence College @provcollege since I was in the area and I hadn't been there since graduating almost ten yrs ago (huh 🤡🚸⚠️) it brought back so many feels- i was super nervous, excited, and really thought about my life walking thru campus about how different it is today, than what I truly expected it to be. back then, I had this whole plan, everything laid out to the day, year, obviously none of that worked out for reasons you come to discover later and i am in such a different space than I ever thought I would be in- i didn't really decide what i wanted to do, be, or anything really until so much later in life but looking back and understanding today, it was worth waiting, making a leap, making a change to doing exactly what I wanted to do now, later on, & doing a path that was more meeee 🤸🏻‍♀️ I finally feel rooted, grounded 🌲 I guess, the point of this, isn't to be sappy, but just a reflection of all these years of unknown, making the changes, waiting, all really lies in the power of you 👊🏼 etc etc! So don't be so hard on yourself you will figure it out! French toasted my @daveskillerbread cinnamon raisin BAEgel this morning, and let me tell ya, it did not disappoint😍👅🤤 just mixed 2 egg whites with a splash of unsweetened cashew milk, lots of cinnamon, a crack of salt, and a packet of Stevia. Soaked the bagel halves and then cooked them on medium heat in a little butta until they were nice and golden on both sides. Finished by topping them of with a tablespoon of @jifbrand natural creamy pb, a tablespoon of organic agave, 1/2 a sliced banana, and later more cinnamon (ofc)!🤗🍞🍌🥜✨

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning, want enough that I'm actually craving a smoothie, specifically an acai bowl. My very first one! I don't know how I've never experienced this until now 😱 It was delicious! I've been craving sweeter meals as of lately. Therefore I am trying to listen to those cravings and honor them 😌 For this bowl I just blended 1 frozen acai packet, 3 bananas, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, some cashew milk, and a couple medjool dates. Then I topped it with strawberries, banana, oats, hemp seeds, buckwheat, and peanut butter. I will definitely be having this again soon 😋 How do you guys feel about acai?
