Hello Thursday 👋. .
Got up at 5 am and did a leg sesh at gym, did groceries after that and came back home to everyone still in their beds sleeping 😱 omg I’m such a morning person. .
I actually never train my abs but I’m thinking of doing abs workout from next week, just to add them at the end of my upper body days - 3 times a week, I’m pretty sure it’s going to help a little, after all a strong core is important 😆. .
Also, only realised after taking this selfie that I worn my leggings inside out today - to the gym, supermarket and back 🤦🏻♀️... why am I always like this, although I’m pretty sure no one noticed cos I didn’t lol 😂. .
