Little, precise movements is all you need in order to be effective. 👌🏽 Grab a light to medium sized weight and engage your core by "pulling your navel into your spine" while lowering until you feel your core engage. ✨Then lift the weight up over your head to finish the move. 🙌🏽 For the second move you will hold ONE weight in the center and rotate to each side making sure your head is in line with your spine and elbows are leading the way. (YOU should NOT be twisting your neck side to side.) ✨ Beginners ✨do each exercise for 30 second intervals with 15 second test periods. Repeat each exercise 3X. ✨Advanced✨
