When calories are matched, dark vs. milk chocolate and almonds vs. peanuts aren't drastically different from one another. All four foods contain nutrients in different amounts too...

After 10 days in New Zealand, I am finally back in Sydney! This is simply because I feel the best on my regular diet and genuinely enjoy the way I eat. Monday morning inspo! This is a gentle reminder that as human beings we must not forget to seek human contact amidst a very digital tech world. We are all wired to tech everyday for everything and there are more reasons sometimes to not put tech down than to put it down! Make some time everyday for yourself to do one of these things more...and connect with yourself again with a little digital detox!
