Toast Thursday coming in hotttt๐Ÿ”ฅ one thing I don't really talk about much is vitamins, well that's because I took a break from taking them. I came to a place in my life where I questioned if I really needed all of them, so I took a break. News flash, you don't have to be taking 20 different vitamins to be "healthy." (Just putting that out there). Now I'm ready to get back on track with vitamins and also try new things--I'm all about that!
