here i am ‘handstanding’ at @barrysbootcamp after class meSsInG around, trying to never take things that serious. here i am, mEsSiNg up on my handstand but feeling strong, capable, alive, happy from class, but just put my body thru the ringer 💪🏻 today, in the past for good or worse, & probably in the future, for the good or the worse. i see all these ‘problems’ everyday but they all have the best stories; right? everything on our body is a memory of something & i try to see the good. i may feel a certain way about one thing or another, i have to often acknowledge myself what my body is capable of versus tearing it down. my body can lift weights making me feel stronger physically now building my confidence into knowing how tough i can be to overcome anything working against me 💯💯 which helps me in more ways than i can imagine in all aspects of life. i can contort my body weird yoga shapes, i can walk, breath (!!!!); ladies we can do A LOT ✋🏼💪🏻 how hard can it be sometimes to just appreciate the simplest things our bodies can do for us, we quickly forget until maybe we don’t have the power to do so. I believe when you change your mindset about your body, the reasons why you workout, how you fuel your body you’ll begin to feel more gratitude and appreciation for what it’s worth. i ✌🏼u. b.
