I truly believe this. I thought I was a compassionate person before I went Vegan, but I've genuinely never felt peace like this before. Everything in my life and my head is so much more peaceful and happy now. I've always struggled with bad anxiety and don't get me wrong, it's not completely gone but it's a million times better. @louisahavers once told me that everything is energy and that when you are scared, anxious or stressed you harbour that energy in your body. This makes complete sense as your body reacts to these mental signals from your head by tight muscles, getting ill / run down, racing heart etc. So what resonated with me massively was that when you eat meat that came from an animal who was absolutely petrified, full of fear and anxiety before it was killed... They harbour that energy in their bodies too right at the moment of death. And then I was consuming all that negative energy, fear, anxiety etc by eating that meat because it was held in their muscles / flesh. It was then that I realised just how much my anxiety had improved since I'd stopped eating dead animals and gone vegan and it clicked completely as to why I had cleaner energy and a cleaner headspace. My mental health has DRASTICALLY improved and for that I will forever be thankful.

And whose going to argue with a nobel prize winner? I honestly believe that if you love your family and want to give yourself the best chance of living as long and healthy life as possible to be around for them as long as possible, you should consider veganism (of course it doesn't stop 100% of cancer cases but it is proven to dramatically decrease your chances of getting the disease in the first place). Watch "what the health" and "Forks over Knives" documentaries on Netflix and start researching the health benefits of a plant based diet.... I honestly cannot recommend it enough, we've never EVER felt more alive and healthy and I only wish I'd done it sooner. We both wish that more than anything. I just hope that one day everyone I love and care about makes the same decision because I'd like you all to have the healthiest and longest life... For selfish reasons obviously ❤️😊 Lots of love xxxx

I listen to a number of podcasts throughout my day; while I get ready, when I run, a lot of times in the car, while I work. Over the past few months astrology has been a HUGE topic that is being discussed on much of what I listen to.
My zodiac sign is Leo, ruled by the sun. Just recently, though, I found out that we also have a moon sign and an ascending/rising sign. In astrology, your sun sign dictates your type of personality, your moon sign represents your emotions and inner feelings, and your ascending sign (aka rising sign) is the way others see you, your general impression on people, and your spontaneous reactions.
I was turned off by this at first. I think just because I felt overwhelmed and like this was a lot of information to take in and just seemed almost silly, BUT the more I heard about it, the more it urged me to explore. The more I dive into it, I’m discovering more about myself and it has been SUPER intriguing.
This path of self growth and self discovery is a never ending journey with endless outlets to plug into and learn about. The more I learn about myself and the correlations between me and the cosmos the BIGGER my faith grows. My mind. Is. Blown! If you’re struggling with your faith or having a hard time believing in something bigger than this “day to day, life then death” mentality, I encourage you to do some exploring of your own. Maybe it’s with the cosmos, maybe a specific religion or form of worship, but EXPLORE! I promise the more you plug in, the more your belief in a higher power will develop.
Seek and you shall find.... and expect to be in awe.
