Motivation is a funny thing in that it comes in many shapes and forms, all to achieve the same ultimate goal: to get us to do the things that sometimes seem hard or unappealing.💪👊😜Our body's natural response to things that are hard is to get away. Discomfort is often viewed as a bad thing, but can often be the very best thing for us! -

-👊The same concept is true for working out! It may not be a bubble bath while we are in the middle, but the compounded result of working out consistently, or even the immediate satisfaction of completing a difficult workout make everything worth it!
-Often times I use this forum as my immediate motivation to get done what I know will make me feel good, but anything can work!!! Sometimes the weather is why I love to workout, or the conversations I have with my family (it can be COMPLETELY random!!!). Today I got hyped for my workout with this awesome shirt! I LOVE STITCH! I am huge disney nerd, and since it floats my boat, I am going with it! -
