I think a lot of women are stuck in diet land but don’t fully realize it.
Hell, I know I was 🙋🏼♀️
I wasn’t eating carrot sticks + celery or fake, low fat foods. I followed all of the “healthy” and “flexible” advice.
I still found myself feeling disempowered around food.
Frustrated in my body.
Disconnected from myself.
Counting macros – that’s a diet.
Portioning containers – that’s a diet.
Keto or Paleo – diets.
Weight Watchers – yep, it’s a diet.
These may serve you, these may not.
That’s for YOU to decide. .
But I know for me –
The diets kept me from trusting myself.
The diets kept me from my own inner guidance.
The diets kept me obsessed with food.
The diets kept me scrutinizing my body.
The diets took all my energy, took all my time & took all my focus.
To put it simply, the diets held me back.
From all that I came here to be.
