For nervousness and anxious feelings, Console reassuring blend and Balance are a wonderful pair. Simply apply behind the ears or over the heart or pulse points before flying to reduce anxious feelings and promote calm. If you are concerned that the aroma may not be appreciated by other people on your flight, apply to bottoms of the feet and cover with socks, or use on a diffuser necklace or bracelet before takeoff.

For upset stomach, digestive discomfort, or feelings of nausea, apply peppermint roller to abdomen, or on the tip of the nose to help settle the stomach. Can also be applied to the back of the neck in case of tension.👍🏼

This is me today... some would say I'm obese, unhealthy, fat, ugly & etc.... To me, I'm sexy as fuck and always will be. Yes I am overweight! Is that healthy? The answer is no. It's not healthy at all but I'm extremely ok in my skin. I'm not ashamed of my body I love me.
I think I'm a very handsome man. I couldn't imagine myself any smaller but I could be more healthier for myself, my babies, family & friends!
I'm not in a rush to get super health but I'm taking it one day at a time.
To make a long story short.... if your out of shape, overweight, obese, fat, etc living a unhealthy life. Find something to motive yourself in taking the steps towards a healthier life. I'm getting it in you can too. 🚨 #21dayfixapproved recipe alert🚨
Do you know what I miss most after a long and busy day? Just getting a premade dinner out of a box in my pantry. Simple enough, just have to have some meat thawed out. I miss the salty, cheesy, you know it's clogging your arteries goodness. Then I started eating cleaner and thought all those things were in the past (probably for the best), but I still saved some of those boxes for cheat days. Now you don't need to! Did I mention it's less than 10 ingredients?! This will make you feel like you're cheating, but you're not!

Hamburger Helper:

1 lb ground turkey
2 cups whole grain pasta
1 8oz can tomato sauce-no salt added
1 3/4 cup low sodium beef broth
1 1/4 cup milk (I used almond, but regular or skim would work too)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespooons paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown turkey in a frying pan with the spices. Once turkey is fully cooked add the almond milk, beef broth, and tomato sauce. *I tasted the sauce at this point and adjusted my seasoning. A little more Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder.* Put in your uncooked pasta. Keep on medium to medium high heat until it comes to a boil. Cover and let simmer. It should take about 10 minutes for the noodles to be cooked, but I let mine sit for about 20 minutes so I could fold some laundry and it just made my sauce a little thicker. Remove from heat and stir in two cups of shredded cheese.
I served mine with vegetables, which my husband promptly stirred in so he didn't have to taste the vegetables as he was eating. 😂

Side note: anyone else feel super self conscious in any kind of pants/shorts that have that scrunchy, elastic waist band?! Like you feel as though they are suffocating your stomach?! Those pink shorts are actually a few years old & today is the FIRST day they've been worn (yep, tag finally came off of them this morning!) WHY do I share this?! Because for the FIRST TIME EVVVVVVVA I put these shorts on & actually felt comfortable! Bada-bing! Bada-bing! NON SCALE VICTORIES ARE THE REAL MVP!🤘🏻💥
