70% of the patients who walked into our practice the last couple weeks have been sick with the flu! That was enough to get me slightly paranoid, I've got a rock hard immune system but is it enough to hold through this much exposure of virus around me??? Instead of wondering, I'm doing my best to keep my immune response at it's highest and make sure sneezing fits is the closest to being sick I'll get this winter!
Moroccan spiced beef with a tofu salad! Loaded with immune boosters and fermented goodness to keep my gut health at its peak! Grab organic premium mince and throw it in a food processor with garlic, onions, chillies, coriander, sage, ginger, white pepper, cinnamon, rosemary and blend it all together! Make them into little meatballs (bake or pan fry them), get yourself some fresh hard tofu, cut them into cubes (steam or pan fry them with a little salt and sesame oil)! Toss them all together with your favourite raw vegetables (keep it as green and red as you can) and VOILA, you have yet another fast, simple and functional healthy meal!!!
