Happy Friday everyone! Here's to a great weekend!

It's interesting how everyone jumps on the fitness selfie bandwagon, including myself... but rarely is it about being at your body's equilibrium. Health isn't about who's the skinniest or who's depleting their adrenals...

It's about health coming from within. It's about eating food that nourishes your body. Instead of starving yourself (which is bad for your body, you shouldn't feel hungry constantly), why not give your body the proper nutrients to stay full and happy?

For example, isnstead of chicken and rice (which doesn't keep your body full, it doesn't give you vitamins and minerals you need, and it's going to leave you hungry in an hour).. let's try spinach and kale + chicken + quinoa or cauliflower rice, or even swap the chicken for some high EPA and DHA fish like wild caught salmon or wild caught sardines!

Let's not starve ourselves with rice cakes or have a stash of Oreos for meeting our skinny goal. Let's get our blood levels checked and let's nourish our bodies with the food we eat to keep those levels in check and to lose weight!

I am guilty of doing these things I feel are now wrong, but by going through it, I learned from it and that's why nutrition is my importance in life. To help get you healthy and happy! Cause what's better than FEELING good?

When you feel good, you look good! And let me tell you that if you nourish your body properly, then your acne will go away, those extra pounds that are sticking around will go away and your body will bring you to your set weight - give yourself some time, don't be hard on yourself!

- In the morning, rub salt and Japanese sake on salmon fillets. - Refrigerate until evening. - Either pan-fry or oven-bake or steam. 😸✨Simple huh?!

The salt draws out the moisture and the sake enhances the umami! It also counteracts the salmon's 'fishiness'!!!! 👍

Today was a super busy day at Fox&Hanger . In the Am my daughter and I had an amazing shoot with @ajkbert . In the pm I got down and dirty with health and wellness guide, Laura Berry. Not only has laura convinced me that I am deserving of a life of #health and #wellness , laura has also been my mentor since last Nov since I made the brace move of gifting myself a "hippie dance class" @bloomretreat . What has come from that gift is nothing short of a miracle . Laura has taught me that living #healthful is something I can "become". She also taught me about different vegetables and making them taste amazing. Today I got to gift her with an epic photoshoot. This has been one of my favorite shoots to date.
You know those people in life that come along and convince you that its ok to be "that type". That it's not #shameful . Caring for your body is actually your ticket to everything that's good. Everything . How few times in life and we stand firm in those odds?

Who's excited for the weekend?! Who is interested in skin changes like these? - Dullness and damage erased, firmer skin, and healthful radiance!

Everyone has their own response to the regimens. One person may see a rapid change while another takes a little longer. For instance, my mother-in-law had visible results in just a couple weeks and REGULARLY receives compliments on her skin. My skin quickly FELT different, but needed more time to visibly repair damage. BUT WE HAVE BOTH EXPERIENCED REAL CHANGE! Smoothness, softness, even tone, firmness, and radiance are typical results.

The key is consistency. Faithful use of these clinically-proven products, used together in the right order, can and will make a difference for you as well!

Kick off your weekend with this Fresh Herb Dressing made with our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. ⬇️ ⬇️
Ingredients:
🔹1/4 cup Vermont Village #ACV
🔹1/2 cup olive oil
🔹1 tbsp Dijon mustard 🔹1/4 cup lemon juice 🍋
🔹1 tbsp fresh parsley 🌱
🔹1 tbsp fresh dill
🔹1 tbsp fresh chives 🔹1 tsp minced fresh garlic 🔹salt & pepper .

🔻Instructions🔻
Mix Apple Cider Vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard and whisk to combine. Add remaining ingredients, continuing to whisk until combined and flavorful. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! 🍴😋

Okay, rest period is done and rusted, back to the normal way of life.... RUNNING.... First 10km run in 2 months.... no more junk food back to our training food.....
