Are you still having doubts of removing #gluten from your diet? I discovered my intolerance from gluten after doing the elimination diet. I was terrible bloat most of the time and was frustrating not knowing what was the trigger. I was denying gluten because I really didn't want to remove bread from my diet. I have found other time of food that recall my experiences with bread because I have learned that the connection with food is in a high percentage the emotions, vibrations, energy that makes me feel. For example mom's soups 🍵👵🏽 . This bread was made with plantain flour, butter from @wholefoods and raw honey from Colorado (a gift from a lovely client) stay tun recipe will be on my blog soon!

[YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS ARE EVERYWHERE — LITERALLY]
Every morning, before we leave for our walk, I pause and ask the kids where they want to go. Tails wagging and excited, one of them (usually Lucas) shoots me an image of which park they want to go. Once I “got it”, we're off.

Today they chose a bike path we hadn’t been too in a long time… “Strange" I thought, "they usually prefer the woods".

It’s 7.30am and unlikely we’ll meet very many people but today we bumped into a man walking his friendly dog. 🐶
As the kids smelled each others bums, we started chatting and very quickly we hit it off. Turns out he’s feeling a little down — tired, overwhelmed, anxious — and turns out he could use a little help rebuilding his financial consultancy business. •
(Well look at that, turns out I’m a business coach with a knack for showing people where their genius is hiding and how to get it out to play again without the usual stress or overwhelm.)

Many coaches and service-based entrepreneurs come to me because they struggle creating clients and getting their business of the ground. I get it, sometimes we just don’t *see* where our clients are… 😎
But the truth is that they are ALL around us.
Yes, it helps to have a clearly defined client “avatar” because it gives you a clue as to where your clients hang out and where you can go *meet them*. ⚡️
But ultimately, what will have the biggest impact on your business — and creating clients, and creating money — is being ENGAGED in life; eyes WIDE OPEN, heart WIDE OPEN, with a clear and curious state of mind. 🤗
Add a little playfulness to it all and you’re in business.

I am a Buddhist. The prayer and meditations I do are with an intention to send blessings and healing for love, peace, safety, happiness, and health. But one still have to do good karma and good deeds to receive the goodness in life. In science term, energy can't not be created or destroyed rather it can transfer from one stage to another. Also Newton mentioned "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." I practice to stay conscious with my energy reaction by being humble, kind, and through prayers of sending blessings to all living things and gradients of all.
