I'm currently focusing on fighting this random virus! My energy is still really low and my Chronic Fatigue vibes are hanging about... so I'm just fitting in what I can with work, sweating it out and riding the slow wave for a while... 🌊🏄🏼♀️
Which means all my meals are focused around boosting my body full of nutrients and detoxifying 🙌🏼 so I can be back to cartwheeling 🤸🏼♀️ and dancing around 💃🏼
This is my salad base for today's Nourish Bowl and it's amaze balls 💁🏼
🍃Sprouts - boost immune system & high in zinc & Selenium
🌱Spinach - creates alkalinity in the body + absorbable nutrients 🌿Coriander- amazing herb that detoxes heavy metals from the body 🍇Pomegranates - detox and cleanse blood and lymphatic system 🥑Avocado- soothes the gut, good fats plus fixes everything in life 😂
I also added some pumpkin, sweet potato and grilled chicken!
These bowls are so handy, you can get super creative and make a bunch of different combos! They are also amazing for leftovers & 'cbf' dinners 🙋🏼🙈
