Oi gente!! Maradelicia!!!! Vamos ter Colomba sim!!! Essa é uma versão sem glúten, sem lactose. Eu nao achei a forma oval ou de colomba.. fiz na desmontável. Quem quiser fazer a colomba low carb só usar a massa do #panetonedaleide e acrescentar as essências, frutas e castanhas e cobertura. Mas digo, essa está o maximo!!!! Marca as amigas..🤩💃

Colomba de páscoa 
2 ovos + 1 gema
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de Coco (ou girassol)
1/4 xícara de açúcar demerara
1/2 xícara de leite de coco
Raspas de 1 limão (opcional)
1/2 colher de sopa de essência de laranja (opcional)
1/4 de colher de chá de noz moscada ralada (opcional)
1 pitada de sal
1/2 xícara farinha de arroz
1/2 xícara aveia sem glúten em flocos finos
1/2 xícara de polvilho doce
1/2 colher de sopa de fermento biológico seco instantâneo
1/2 colher de chá rasa de goma xantana
1 xícara de mix de castanhas/frutas/chocolate

Cobertura
1 clara
5 colheres (sopa) de adoçante em culinário
2 colheres (sopa) de castanhas de caju picada
2 colheres (sopa) de amêndoas em lascas
2 colheres (sopa) de nozes picadas 
Raspas de limão

Misturando em uma travessa pequena todos os ingredientes da cobertura e reserve. 
Em uma bacia adicione os ovos, a gema, o óleo, o açúcar, o leite de coco, as raspas de limão, a essência de laranja, a noz moscada, uma pitada de sal e mexa bem com um fuet (batedor de arame).
Adicione a farinha de arroz, a aveia, o polvilho doce, o fermento biológico, a goma xantana e mexa bem até formar uma massa grossa e homogênea.
Adicione o mix de castanhas, chocolate e frutas e misture na massa.
Transfira a massa para uma forma (20×16) ou de colomba pascal oval e cubra com a cobertura.
Deixe crescer por aproximadamente 1:30 h em lugar morno, a massa precisa chegar no topo da forma. Assar em forno médio preaquecido 180 graus por 25-30 minutos. Deixe esfriar completamente para cortar.

Blend everything in the processor or blender , it’s ready .

Roasted chickpeas. Simple, easy, crunchy and protein packed.

Reminds me a bit of popcorn.

Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Allow to dry completely.

Toss in olive oil, s&p and seasoning of choice. .
Roast at 450 degrees for 30-40 min.
.
Next time your kids whine that they’re hungry and ‘I want a snackkk’, throw them some of these and be pleasantly surprised by the uptake.

7. You can choose to end with mountain climbers for 30 secs .

This mornings savory bowl of oats with a side of sliced organic apple 🍎 and banana 🍌 and a very delicious cup of organic coconut 🥥 matcha 🍵 tea all enjoyed under that big beautiful bright sun we had this morning.

The oats were cooked in veggie broth and then i added sautéed orange pepper, onion, garlic, mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes 🍅, mixed greens, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, a splash of balsamic vinegar and a splash of liquid aminos. And topped with some shredded vegan parm! Yum!
