I've been taking such great care of my body for a while now, but this weekend I definitely ate too many carbs. 🤷♀️ I didn't think anything of it, but I haven't been over loading on carbs for a few days and I STILL feel it.
This is when the truest tragedy hits me. I didn't eat more carbs than I used to before coaching. I ate what would be considered "normal" meals. That means at some point we feel that, accept it, and choose it anyways.
Do not get me wrong, I love the deliciousness of sandwiches, sweets, and fries. Goodness though, I would rather load a plate full of veggies and feel healthy than load carbs and feel like bricks are sitting in my stomach two days later!
I will not be doing that again. 🙅♀️
