1/2 White Cabbage
Handful @aldi_ireland Nuts
2 TSP Dijon Mustard
5 TBSP Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice 1 Lemon
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Rapeseed Oil
1 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Pepper
Shred the Courgette, Carrot and Cabbage. Chop the Apple, Parsley and Nuts
Place all ingredients in a bowl
Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar shake well and add 1/2 the jar to vegetables
